Great example of Shabby Chic and I do mean Shabby. The Cherubs are missing a head, leg and arms. The creamy pink and white paint has a gold rubbing. So many swirls and curves, and some flowers too. The pieces are heavy, weighing over 3lbs a piece with a wood base and plaster on top, the cherubs are china. They are 17" high and 11" across. The Mailbox measures 18 Inches long and 10 inches wide.When you lift up the lid the opening is 17 inches long and 5 3/4 inches wide and 7 inches deep. It is peeling and worn but still sturdy! We are pleased to offer this exquisite. Antique, Mid Century(1950s) French Tole chandelier. This stunning chandelier features a painted tole bouquet with an abundance of leaves and porcelain roses. There are 16 large(2.75" roses that accent this lovely chandelier. There are soft pink roses(the tips fade to a pinkish white color) as well as blue roses that have white mixed in for interest and depth. The chandelier is 5 light in candlestick design. Each light has a tole bobeche with a flower petal pattern and a candle wax drip sleeve cover. The bottom of the fixture features the faux rope/twin accent which binds the bouquet together. This is a lovely chandelier. It is in very good condition with only minor signs of age/use. The porcelain roses are in very good condition with only VERY MINOR chipping on some of the tips. This is felt more ... morethan seen and this does not distract from the fixture. In general, it is in very good condition. The chandelier includes approximately 3 feet of hanging chain and wire as well as the original ceiling cover/canopy. There are no manufacturer's marks.
