W3964: Up for sale is a great vintage Italian tole shelf with glass insert. It is gold gilt metal with lovely. Spiky flowers. It still retains, although rusty, its original MADE IN ITALY tag. It is in very good condition, with only minor wear. Measures about 19 1/2 inches wide, 16 inches tall, and 4 5/8 inches deep. Great piece, offered at no reserve.

Vintage Italy Florentine Gold Gilt Gesso Ornate Wooden Wood Trinket Box
Here's a very old Florentine wood with a gesso design. Gold paint/gilt trinket box with a romantic picture on top. It's small, measuring 4" square and is a little over 1 1/2" tall. It has 2 crude metal hinges on the back. The gold paint isn't perfect, and is scratched up here and there due to age, especially on the corners, but it is still nice and the gold paint that is there shines very brightly and it displays very well. I guess you'd say it has a very nice, overall patina. You can see how old it is by the inside of the box. The wood is sturdy. These boxes that have the gesso are the hardest ones to find if you are into collecting Florentine stuff! Shipping via USPS will be $3.00. I'm always happy to answer your questions.

Gilt wood carved and marked Made in Italy The outside of the frame measures 6 inches by 7 inches. There is no glass and no backing and the inside measurement is a 4 by 5 inch with rounded corners. Vintage 2 Italian Florentine Gold Gilt Wood Picture Frames Ornate 7 1/2"x5 7/8"
This is a pair of vintage Italian Florentine ornate wooden toleware picture frames-measure 7 1/2 in. x 5 7/8 in. The frames are rectangular with an oval in the center with glass. There are ornate flowers in all 4 corners. The surface is painted a gold color but is worn and scratched-just adding to their charm. The glass is held in place by a piece of wood in a slot in the top-one has a piece of wood and the other does not. There are NO hangers on the backs-there are some tiny holes but I guess the hangers pulled off. Frames are not marked. this is a set if 2 Vintage reproduction of Italian scenes. they have a nice gilt around the edge. that are balsam wood and the size is 4" L x 3" H. There is some cosmetic marks them. due to there age wear. they are made in Italy were in Italy I do not know.
