You are bidding on one lot of two metal lens hoods or shades as pictured. The smaller hood is marked"46mm JAPAN" It has male 46mm threads on the camera end. Outside diameter at the open end is about 57mm. And length not including the male threads is about 18mm. Condition is good, other than a variety of scratches mostly either on the inside or along the outer edge. It is hard to tell, but might be slightly out of round. The larger hood is marked"49mm JAPAN" It has male 49mm threads on the camera end. Outside diameter at the open end is about 59mm. And length not including the male threads is about 18mm. Condition is good, except for two dents in the outer edge, making it out of round as shown in the last picture, and it also has a variety of scratches mostly along the outer edge. It measures approximately 16 1/2" wide x 8 1/2" deep x 18 1/2" high to the top of the chimney. It is tarnished and has surface rust or corrosion and needs to be polished. There is some wear to the shades where the red is light and in some spots. The white is coming through. There is also some discoloration around the bottom edge from sitting on the spider. This does work, but as with any old lighting, it should be inspected or rewired by a qualified electrician before use. I have supplied several photos so please check them out carefully. This pair of vintage metal candlesticks. Green and gold and I believe they are from around 1930-50. Each one is dark green with gold trim with some wear to the gold. Each one stands 14" high x 6" wide. Base of candle-stick measures 4" wide. Each weigh 1 lb 14 oz. The shades are open art work and very ornate with flowers and leaves. They measures 6" wide x 3 1/4" high, top opening is 2" Brass insert piece comes out to replace candles(included) Each insert measures 6 1/2" long x 3/4" Spring action to push candle up. Shabby ANTIQUE Metal Maiden Lady Cherub Beaded Bulb Shades Covers LAMP 20"
If you missed this one before. It had been on Layaway and the Transaction was Canceled, so here she is again! From an old Estate we have a Lovely Antique Lady and cherub lamp. In cream and gold we have a lady and cherub playing instruments. With more instruments at their feet. This lamp measures appr 20" tall, the base is 5" in circumference and about 8" wide at the top. There are two old beautiful glass/ crystal beaded bulb covers that were on it. We do not know if they are original to the lamp, but with the type of sockets on the lamp, imagine they are. They are beautiful and heavy. You can tell they are really old from there wiring, see pics. The lamp leans just the weest bit because of their weight, it does stand in place. I believe a one or two felt pads underneath the base would give it more balance. We are not certain ... moreon the exact age or what type of metal this is. No matter, they certainly don't make them like this anymore, shes a Beauty! We have found a break in the metal on the ladies right arm, where the metal wiring is wrapped around it which holds the metal leaves. It is there, however the wiring hides it pretty good, unless you are looking for it, its not that noticeable, please see pics. There is also a wee chippyness to the paint here and there. Mostly on the back where the curly metal wiring is on both arms. With age they have come loose from their original spot, and do move. I would suggest once you receive the lamp, position them in place and add a drop of glue to secure them. The curves of the metal arms that hold the sockets, have bends and dings on the back and the paint is chippy there also, please see photos. The base has the old felt pad on it, but one side of it has come loose and a little is missing, believe this is why it isn't completely balanced. It has old wiring, we plugged her in and she does work, old wiring should be checked by a professional before use. There is an on and off switch on the base. 4 Industrial Vintage Metal Bulb Shades Light Shades Ceiling Shades Chicago I’m going to the flea market this weekend- so that means lots of new goodies for you! I’m also listing lots of blowout Buy-It-Now sales. So be sure to check out my other items- I’m always happy to combine shipping! Yes. These ones stopped me in my tracks. I purchased them from the woman that I was discussing in my listing for the masonry stars- the one who was selling salvaged architectural pieces. She told me that these four shades came out of a University of Chicago building. I can't remember the name of the building exactly, but I THINK she called it something like the Microfiche Building? Sorry, I didn't have a piece of paper and pen with me, so I'm counting on my aging brain. It's all about the look for these, though- they are soso cool! Made of ... moremetal that I think is aluminum, because they are light in color and light in weight- each one weighing just a smidge over 5 ounces, she thought these shades were ceiling bulb covers. I'm not sure if that was the case, or if they were part of an actual light fixture, but you could use them many ways. Each on measures 7 1/2" diameter at the mouth, and 5 7/8" tall from the bottom of the mouth to the top of the other end(I'll call the socket? end) The socket ends of each have three screws for attaching the shade to the bulb or light. The reason why I question if they are just bulb covers is, with the screws tightened all the way in, the space across screw end to screw end is 1 1/4" that's just screw to screw- the whole opening on that end is 2" When I put a regular size bulb through the opening, it is too small to have the screws tighten around the socket of my bulb, so either the ceiling fixture had a larger frame around the bulb that the screws clamped on to- or another light fixture part that they attached to- am I making sense? The important part is, I could stick the socket of my light bulb through the top, but the socket was too small to be hel

Hollywood Regency Table Lamp Pair Metal Vintage Palm Tree Heavy No Shades NR
This is a beautiful vintage pair/ set of Hollywood Regency Palm Leaf Table Lamps. Each lamp stands 33 1/2" tall to the top of the round ring finial. Bases measure 6 3/4" square, palm leaves measures approx. 9 1/2" at widest, with each lamp having a weight of approx. 7 lbs. Three way lights. Work perfectly! Few scratches as well as some white residue is present. Gray felt protector remains attached to the bottom.The white residue may be due to the lamps being exposed to the elements of cold weather? as were found) With some cleaning I was able to remove some of this residue, but the lamps really need to be disassembled to be able to access all the pieces(deep groves) for cleaning. VINTAGE GREAT old lamp pair present very nicely and work w/o issue. All metal lamps are styled in a flat/ matte black finish with a flat“brass tone” color accent. Circular base with a“tri-pod” like stand that holds the lighting elements at the top. In the center of this tri pod area. Hangs a ball and chain like round pot, like a planter-maybe. When it came to me, this pot held clear marbles. 3 way socket and under the fiberglass shade is a milk glass cone up shade. WOW! Art &Crafts Period Brass Metal Original Glass Shades Ceiling Light Fixture
Excellent Brass& Glass Art& Crafts Period Light Ceiling Fixture. A Truly Great Large Craftsman Fixture! Nice Patina on the Brass Base. The Base is Excellent(see photos) The White Glass Shades Are All Original. They are great as well- a little roughness and tiny chips along the inside of the rim on a couple of them- hardly noticeable but had to be mentioned for the Ebay microscope. Someone before me went through this fixture and updated the wiring and the sockets. In the process they changed the individual lights from having switches to having the whole fixture hardwired for connection to the ceiling and then controlled by a light switch. See photo# 9- the oval shaped hole where the switches once were. I am glad they kept the original brass socket covers even with the switches gone. They have a nice. Consistent patina and match the ... morerest of the fixture. One of the loop attachments to the brass socket covers has"opened up" see last photo) It does not negatively affect anything in terms of stability, again, had to be mentioned. I will repair or replace that before shipping. It measures 16" in overall height from the bottom of the shades to the top of the fixture where it connects to the chain. It is about 21" across at its widest points. The shades are 6" in diameter and about 4-1/4" in height. The circular center of the brass fixture is 11" in diameter. Vintage 50s metal lamp shades
These two metal shades were popular in the 50s. The large one is 14" wide at the base. 8 1/4" wide at the top, and 10 3/4" tall. The smaller one is 11" wide at the bottom, 7" wide at the top, and 6 3/4" tall. This is a great matching pair of vintage toleware hanging lights. In the photo I put a shade on one so that you can see what it would look like finished. I think the shade is probably about 1/2 inch too long. No Shade is included in the sale. Each light has a bouquet of metal flowers. Five per lamp, the original paints in yellows pinks and greens. Top to bottom is 18" The flowers appear to be in a vase with the on/ off pull on the bottom of the vase. I have cleaned these up including the cord and chain but some of the detail on the flower center have dust. I'll leave the heavy cleaning to the new owner. Two very beautiful gold tone wall sconces with white speckeled glass shades. These two fixtiures are used. But in excellent conditon.
