Beautiful and unusual Italian Florentine shelf is ornately designed with scrolled leaf designs on the top and a variety of geometric and curved etched designs on the front and sides. Heavy gilding accents the ivory color background. Shelf is a somewhat kidney shape with a small drawer in the middle. And two curved'legs' that sweep to the back. Drawer has a pretty flower shaped brass knob In good condition with minor overall wear typical of these pieces. It is missing something at the bottom end of the'legs'not sure if perhaps their was a ball or maybe an oval disc that would have set against the wall.
