This is an original document from the Vatican in Rome. It is written in both French and Latin. I think. I had someone explain what it says. The Fournier family were not able to be in church and receive communion. Or have confessions, because they were ill. They asked the Vatican Pope at the time, Annus Sanctus for forgiveness. This has only been taken out of the frame once. This was in a collection of old art and pictures my family collected. A recent move has broken the glass in the frame and it was not worth saving. It is in beautiful condition. The paper of this document has no marks, no creases, it is near perfect. The paper is thick but almost transparent. It is a beautiful piece for the collectors. This is a blue enamel picture of Pope Pius XII. The picture measures 2.25 inches square. There is a metal stand attached to the back. The picture is in good condition. There is wear to the silver finish on the front. There is a thin crack in the enamel at the upper left corner but no missing enamel. Nice little vintage piece.
