Vintage Antique Intricately Carved Wood Fruit Tray Handles Flowers Great Detail
This beautiful. Solid wood fruit tray features extremely detailed carvings of exotic flowers around the top outer rim of the tray. There are exquisite roses and other flowers with the stems and leaves that have been exacted in great detail. Inside the carved handles are beautiful ribbon bows, again depicted in great detail. The centermost portion of the tray features amazing depictions of fruits; black forrest grapes with vines, luscious textured pears, plums, strawberries, leaves and nuts, all richly textured as intricately as the real fruits. The tray is 12.25 inches in length and 8.5 inches at it's widest point and 1.5 to 1.75 inches in depth. On the back of the tray. The detailed carving continues throughout the piece and the entire bottom of the tray is taken up with a big, beautifully detailed oblong sunflower. This is an absolutely ... moreamazing piece.
