Antique Victorian VR CROWN Iron & Brass 1800's heart-shape padlock lock 5" L and
I had this previously listed but did not know at the time it had a broken spring. So. I am relisting it with being told that the spring is broken. When I saw this lock in a box lot with some other metal items. I knew I had to have it. I've never had an old/antique heart shape lock and didn't know they were ever made. I think it's from the 1800's but, please, look at all the pictures/photos uploaded and please be your own judge. I took a close-up picture of the imprinting on the piece that moves for the key to unlock. It did NOT come with a key. So it is WITHOUT a key. It's not securely locked. Vintage lot of 6- 14mm Heart Shape Top Drilled Genuine Blue SODALITE Stones
Through a friend. I have had the wonderful opportunity to meet an 86 year old gentleman who retired from the wholesale jewelry business in 1996. His father started the jewelry manufacturing business in 1923. He offered me his old stock for a great price. I could not resist! There are so many beautiful stones and pearls, I felt like I needed to own this treasure chest! I have relied heavily on my jeweler friend(a GIA Graduate) to help me identify the various stones in this massive collection. Offered for your consideration is this lot of 6 Genuine Blue Sodalite Stones that have been carved into hearts. These would make great earrings. Pendants or charms! The total weight of this lot is 30 carats. One stone measures about 14.5 mms tall x 14 mms at the widest x 3.6 mms thick. The other stones measures about same. Some are wider and some are ... morenarrower. There is a hole drilled in the top of each piece for a pin and loop bale. There are no chips and no deep scratches. All of the stones have a nice shiny polish. Any odd Blue Color on the pieces is a reflection of my camera! Very Good condition! The fine print: I have never put this in my listings before.
