The metal has not been tested. The rosary measures 19 7/8" from top of loop to end of crucifix. The rosary has a 5 7/8" drop. The crucifix measures 2 1/4" long by 1 1/4" wide and has I am a Catholic in case of an accident notify a priest. Rosaries age is unknown as this was in an estate sale lot. This old rosary.Possibly Victorian, is so beautiful. Feels wonderful to the touch and has a nice weight to it. Each bead measures 3/8 of an inch. The entire rosary measures 21 1/2 inch. The centerpiece has a profile of Jesus with a halo surrounding his head. The reverse side has Madonna and Child. The Corpus and the Crucifix seem to be in great shape.
