This auction is for a lot of two interesting rosaries with brown wooden beads and wooden crucifix. The rosary with the lighter colored beads has silver ... morecolored metal on the crucifix and a small double-sided medal. When stretched out. The rosary measures about 15 1/2" long from end to end but not including the crucifix which measures about 1 3/4" long, marked Italy on back. The other rosary has darker brown beads with an interesting crocheted design on the chain(beads can slide on it in some places too) and a simple wooden crucifix with engraved/stamped out Inri above Jesus' head. The rosary measures about 16" long when stretched out from end to end, not including the crucifix which measures about 1 3/4" unmarked. I'm selling both rosaries together-neither will be sold separately. I know nothing about the age, history, or origin of these pieces. They're in good condition. You're getting them just as I did. 2 Vintage Rosaries Ebony and Brown Color Beads-Estate Description. 2 Vintage Rosaries. As Found Estate of elderly friend. Not sure of the age. One has brown beads. 1.5" cross and heart. The 2nd one has larger black beads. Small 1 1/8" cross marked Roma on the back and small metal disk. I haven't tried to clean them us. Use as is or for replacement parts.
