Please see close-up photos provided. This is an heirloom quality handmade item. Please study the photos provided and take note of how the wire is wrapped over each bead. A great deal of time and effort(and eye strain: went into the making of this rosary. The beads are faceted blue glass and VINTAGE. Obtained from an old rosary missing beads and in need of repair. They are a lovely color, a medium blue(not AB coated) The rosary is approx. 25" when stretched out and measured end-to-end. The lead-free pewter crucifix is NEW and 2-1/4" long(including the top loop) The Sacred Heart of Jesus center is VINTAGE and silvertone in color(not goldtone as the photo might indicate) with enameled image of the Sacred Heart. The center is in excellent condition for its age and matches the hearts on the pewter crucifix nicely. The wire I used to link the beads and parts together(the rosary is continuously linked. With no place where the rosary can pull apart) is a tarnish resistant color coated copper craft wire. The chain is silvertone plated brass. Cared for properly. This rosary will last through many years of devotional prayer and will make a nice gift for someone devoted to the rosary, who prays the rosary daily and needs one that will hold up to daily use. Lovely pair of sterling silver and blue and clear glass rosaries. Both rosaries are in very good condition. No damage. The clear glass rosary measures approximately 22 3/8 inches long and has unusually shaped beads. The cross measures approximately 2 1/8 inches x 1 3/8 inches.
