The clasp is hidden in the pearl and works well. It looks like this may have originally been gilt because there is some gold color left in the deeper parts and the tongue of the clasp. The piece is heavy and the work quite beautifully done. It looks like it has some age. The 4 green eyes look like glass to me. Weight: 45.53 gm Dimensions: the ball is about 7/8” 22mm) in diameter. And figural images of what appear to be a Carved dragon facing a Phoenix bird. This beautiful bangle was Purchased from a little Chinese antique store in Chinatown during a trip about 5 years ago.
