Up for your consideration we are offering this very nice example large 3" woodworking slick chisel. Used for framing. Boat building, lathe work, etc. Dating from about 1910 to 1920, marked on blade, Lakeside. Chisel is in excellent condition, with no rust or other damage to blade. Handle is original has varnish nicely intact. Chisel measures 3" wide at blade, and 26 1/2" long. A very attractive and well preserved antique slick woodworkers chisel. Vintage Darling Cast Steel 3/4" Corner Socket Chisel- Antique Framing Tool This is for a vintage or antique marked corner framing chisel from a local estate. One side is 3/4" while the other side is closer to 11/16" I took alot of pictures so you could see it's condition. Size, and mark so please look at them closely. It has wear from use, a lot of staining/spotting/surface blemishes/rust/pitting from storage, and the mark is not struck complete so the name is hard to read, but overall it's in good condition. As for the mark, you can make out"DARLIN" and"AST STEE" but the other letters are not there, so the name might not be Darling. Vintage True Temper "Rocket" 22oz Framing Hammer A20RSL, Original Brown Grip!
This is a vintage True Temper 22 oz Rocket Framing hammer excellent condition. This hammer is an estate find and there is no rust or damage to the steel. There are just a couple of marks on the faces from side use. The original rubber handle is present and also damage free; this is the brown version with a nice rocket marking. This model framing hammer is somewhat hard to find. Especially in this condition. The rocket series have stood the test of time and many are still in use today; they just don't break or fall apart. This example is ready for another 60 years or it could be added to any collection with no apologies. There are those that like to buy new. I can't help them much. 2" James Swan oval back framing chisel. We look back at early 20th c tools and think. They don't make'em like they use to. They looked at this chisel and thought the same thing. Massive blade. 5/8" thick near the start of the shoulder, tapering to 1/4" near the bevel. Blade 8 3/4" long to the start of the shoulder. 16 3/4" oal. Minor pitting and tarnish. Antique Boxing Shoes Great old pair of boxing shoes. Made of soft leather. Uppers and soles. Very lightweight. According to the photos I have found online, they appear to be from the early 1900's. They fold up very flat and would be great for framing-see first two photos. Some of the photos show them stuffed with paper. One shoe is darker than the other. They measure 11 1/2" long. The collar does have some damage in the neck area and would be b est used as a display piece for framing. If using for lace assemblage- do not use the neck portion of the collar. Offered for sale is a circa 1900 Crazy Quilt Block This vintage turn of the century quilt block features classic hand embroidery on black silk. The embroidery is expert and in excellent condition. The silk fabric shows typical signs of deterioration and fraying on the edges. The block measures approximately 18" x 18" It is suitable for display and could be framed or used for a similar craft project. The quality of the work is a testament to the maker! Vintage Collins Legitimus axe framing roofing hammer hatchet
Hello. Up for auction is a vintage Collins& Co Legitimus framing or roofing hammer. Has"Collins& Co Hartford Legitimus" imprinted on the head along with the crown and arm with hammer(the arm and hammer are a bit hard to see. But they are there. In overall great condition, may need the handle replaced or reset and the blade needs to be sharpened(this will be the responsibility of the winning bidder)the handle is in there just fine, but I don't know if it's completely secure.I have not used the tool. The overall dimension of the music portfolio pieces are 14 inches by 10.75 inches. A 14 x 11 frame is available from Wal-Mart. the frame is not a stock item usually.
