FOUR PIECE OLD WORLD MAP SET MODERN DECORATIVE REPRODUCTIONS
Here we have a nice Reproduction Set of Four Old World Navigational Maps. These are miniature versions of what Columbus and Magellan might have used to avoid sailing over the edge of the Earth! There are two sizes: 7" squares. And 7" x 5" rectangles, two of each to the set. All four pictures have the crackle application which gives the look of aged documents, and all are mounted in faux antique bronze frames. They are all papered on the back and have hanging hardware already attached. These are pretty nice quality repros and would work well in a Spanish, nautical or historic decorative motif. Up for auction are these Three Framed Vintage Hammond Reproduction Maps. In Authentic Colors from Original Print, Courtesy of the New York Public Library. All three maps are in very good condition with no folds dog ears or bends. The colors are all vibrant and no stains. They reside under glass, Framed up and protected.
