One side of the necklace has gorgeous green stones in the shape of teardrops on sterling silver pillow beads that are graduated from large to small. I'm not sure what type of stone this is. But I would guess it's either Turquoise or perhaps Malachite. The reverse side of the necklace has an ornate design on each pillow bead. The pendant portion has a flying eagle in a landing position on it. It measures 25" long including the clasp. There are 7 nice sterling 7mm beads on each side. There are 4 14 mm flat disk beads on each side. There are 10 sterling flat disk beads at 18 mm on each side. Then there are 5 25 mm flat disk beads in the center. Three of these beads have turquoise on one side and coral on the other. This reversible necklace was only worn once. However. When taken out of box to wear again, I noticed the gold was discolored. Jeweler said he could try and buff it out(appeared to be tarnished) but didn't know if it would completely take off the gold. Also said he could replate the gold side, but both sides would have be replated to the gold color. I just don't want to mess with replating. Please make sure you are okay with the plating issue. This is a large vintage butterfly wing necklace from around 1910/1920. Done in etched 10K yellow gold bezel, butterfly wings, dried flowers and it's original, long blue/red ribbon with a gold tone butterfly slide detail. One side features a lavender winged butterfly and flowers, and the other a delicate nude/beige spotted winged butterfly with flowers. The pendant tested for 10K gold, there are no marks, and measures 1.5" across and the ribbon measures just over 17" long, hanging and doubled up. It can be detached from the pendant and the pendant can be worn with a regular gold chain if desired. It is rare to see this type of pendant in gold and with its original ribbon!

Vintage Native Sterling Reversible Mudhead And Turquoise Flat Disk Bead Necklace
This is a great reversible Native American sterling silver disk necklace with a shadow box turquoise set on one side of the pendant and a mudhead kachina on the other. It was originally crafted on chain. But was broken when it came to me and missing part of the original chain. It has been restrung on 19 strand bronze flex wire and a new sterling hook/eye clasp has been applied. The necklace measures 21-1/2 inches long with the pendant at 2 inches in diameter and the disk beads graduating from a half inch at the ends up to a full inch at the middle. Total weight is 103 grams. Flaws include a 3mm joint gap in one of the end cones and a dimple on the edge of the kachina side of the pendant. Both of these aspects are shown in close up photos above.
