This is a very nice green Chasuble made by the famous Chicago vestment and clergy apparel maker The House of Hansen. It has a nice overlay stole that matches the trim on the edges of the monastic style chasuble which measures 58 inches long and 64 inches wide with a rolled collar. It is a polyester fabric that hangs well and looks good the front is four inches shorter than that back. It shows no signs of wear.

This is a beautiful Chasuble with matching overlay stole created by the famous European vestment maker Stadelmaier in green. The stripes and collar and stole are in a much darker green shade than the rest which makes a stunning combination. It is a wool blend fabric that drapes beautifully and is lightweight. This measures 60 inches long in back and 56 inches long in front from the collar. And is 64 inches wide. This also includes two preformed amices that came with it, one in bright white, the other in more of a cream color. This Clergy Stole was probably made by a vestment maker in Rome but no longer has a tag on it. It has a mitered neck with a white cord to help hold it in place. The green crossed are embroidered into the wool blend fabric. There are a few spots beginning to appear. It is very tasteful looking and lightweight.

Antique Green Chasuble and Stole for Catholic Priest, Clergy Vestment for Mass
Beautiful Antique Green Chasuble and Stole for Mass This is an antique green chasuble and stole set for the celebration of the Mass. It is in good condition with very little wear. The material is of a kelly green that is much more Roman than the darker forest green color that is often produced today. The back is embroidered with a cross that is composed of flowers with the iconic IHS in the center. The front is a simple pillar composed in the same theme as the back. There are two strings that are used to secure the vestment around the waist of the priest. The matching stole is in very good condition and its adorned with metallic fringe on the bottom. It has a sewn cloth around the neck to absorb any sweat that may damage the material. The only sign of age and wear is found on the front between the embroidered part of the vestment. The cloth ... moreis slightly distressed and is beginning to fray. This can be seen in the photos 6& 7 provided above. Aside from this. The lining is in excellent condition for its age. Stunning vintage priest's green brocade preaching stole with gold symbols and fringe. There is a gold interlaced trefoil and triangle symbol near each end panel and a gold cross at the neck. It has a gold band and 2.5 inches of gold fringe at each end. The lining is a rich bronze colored satin. The maker's tag reads.J. Theodore Cuthbertson Philadelphia, PA" and has a small snap under the tag to attach to the alb or chasuble. The interlaced trefoil and triangle was a common symbol of Christian Trinity during the late Middle Ages in Europe. It is mitered and contoured at the neck for proper fit. Antique Green Vestment Chasuble (w/ stole, maniple, burse, chalice veil)
Offered for auction is an antique green Roman chasuble set from a vestment collection with chasuble. Stole, maniple,and burse. It needs to be sold quickly hence the low price for the Buy-It-Now. Overall condition is good antique(see below, and pics) The embroidery is blue and that gives the overall color but the base fabric when you look at it is green. The ophreys are beautifully embroidered. Label indicates that it was made in France. Apologies for the poor quality of the photos. And please feel free to ask for more or any other details. Please note the following before bidding or buying this item: 1) The INNER lining of the back of the chasuble is faded– some minor fading can also be seen along the outer bottom of the back of the vestment as well(it appears a little silvery in the second photo- this is NOT the band that appears across ... morethe vestment in the first photo. Which is due to the light) Please look well at the photos. 2) There is very minor damage around the cross on the burse– it is noticeable if one looks closely.
