Missing the turning that would sit against the larger ball and all of the 100 plus beads of the necklace itself. The 3 larger head beads average 24mm and the 30 smaller counting beads average 12mm. The counting beads are carved with the image of Shou symbol on both sides. Beautiful and rare Qing Dynasty Antique Chinese Mandarin Court Necklace
A very rare Chinese Court Official/ Mandarin Court necklace Approx 53 inches string of black beads 100 beads in total 8 are missing this can clearly be seen on the photographs. The beads are made of heavy black glass. The Counterweight is approx 17 inches long from the top of the Jade ball on a finial to the end of the blue Peking glass inset. The woven silk is yellow and there is an oval amber glass pendant halfway between the jade ball and finial and the blue glass terminal. There are 4 cords of coral beads and they number 29 in total. on the end of each coral string there is a blue glass mounted terminal. A green glass mounted terminal, an amber glass terminal. The strands on each side measure 5 inches in length. The white jade beads are 6mm each, and the carnelian discs are 20mm wide. The total weight is 58.8 grams. Chinese QING MANDARIN Imperial COURT NECKLACE
Offered is an unusual antique Chinese Mandarin court necklace of intense red beads with black veining. Accented with turquoise beads flanked with black and ribbed brass rondelle beads. The characteristic“tail” is formed of butterscotch colored beads combined with smaller turquoise and red beads. I assume the red beads are some form of Peking glass, and possibly the turquoise beads as well, but the small turquoise beads in the“tail” appear to be natural turquoise. This is smaller than other court necklaces I have had, the red beads measuring 8.5mm, and the overall length excluding the“tail” measuring just 40” It is in excellent condition strung on gold silk cord the same as the slip knot on the“tail” The only flaw I can find is a missing brass bead right where the strand meets the“tail”

Antique Chinese necklace carved amethyst bead 14k gold stone flower court beads
I am delighted to offer for your consideration. This beautiful antique chinese necklace. A lovely elegant amethyst strand with intricately carved court beads. The largest bead is a bit larger than 3/8 of an inch wide. The smallest ones are 2/8 of an inch. The spacer beads are 14k gold and are roughly 1/8 of an inch wide. The clasp is a gold gilt over brass. Most of the guilt is gone. The necklace is from the 1920-40's, however the amethyst beads are older. These necklaces are highly desirable and collectible! Seen here is a very unusual antique Chinese necklace. A unique piece that dates from the 1910-40's time period. I also believe this could be a belt. The cord and tassel are black silk. From the tip of the tassel to the tip of the pendant this necklace measures 50 inches long. The pendant has carvings on both sides. It measures 2 by 1 3/8 inches. The beads are between 1 inch and 6/8 inches long. I am not certain what stone these are. Please examine the photos to determine. They are beautiful and of fine quality. Fine Old Chinese Carved Jade Carnelian Coral Silver Imperial Court Necklace
Up for auction is a fine old Chinese necklace. The largest jade pendant is carved with a ruyi design front and back. It measures 2" wide. The double jade pendant with bells hangs 4 3/4" The chain measures 30" around. The material surrounding the jade is gold gilt silver. The chain links, bells and beads are gold in color but not a precious metal. My opinion is that the two pieces of jade framed in silver are 19th century and the rest of the necklace dates to the early 20th century. Please view the images and make your own judgments. The colour of the necklace and the yellow embroidered fabric suggests that this necklace probably belonged to a high ranking official or his consort There are 3 large round opaque glass beads. Either side of the large bead are medium sized beads then carved bone beads. One of the worked bone beads is not on the necklace but I have it and it will be sent with the necklace. The necklace would benefit from re-stringing but otherwise is in very good condition 3 strings of 10 bead red glass beads each terminating in a tear-drop bead with it's associated white metal cover. There is 1 carved leaf and flower design bead and measures 1 1/4 inches in length and 1 inch in width. The 1 white jade bead is carved in the shape of a butterfly. It measures approximately 1 1/4 inches in width and 3/4 inches in length. There is a small chip on the right lower wing. All of the green beads are in excellent condition. Of the 95 beads. Long 34 inch Strand of Antique 11mm Asian Turquoise Beads. From Chinese Court Beads? These lovely round hand made Chinese turquoise beads vary from@10.5- 11.5 mm. They are old. I’d think probably from the late 19 th to early 20 th century. They may well have been part of a strand of Chinese court beads. The beads are not carved but plain to allow the varied and beautiful patterns of the Chinese Turquoise to show to best effect. They range from a sky blue to a greenish blue to sea green with lovely brown and black veining. Many have the desirable“spider web” pattern of veining. Several beads have some roughness. As expected of old hand made beads but most are smooth and all are intact. The beads are strung with knots between on turquoise cord that I think is silk. They are secure. But I have not restrung. No clast as these easily fit over ... morethe head. Please look at the photos to see the many lovely colors and patterns. Overall length 34 inches. Weight 117 gm

Strung on a fine silver chain and finished with a stunning pendant. Wonderful hand carved leaves surround the center cabochon stone. Cabochon does have natural surface fissures. An elegant and classic necklace that's truly feminine. The necklace fastens from the front on the pendant. It is hallmarked sterling and in great condition.
