Warranty return rods purchased directly from the St. Croix factory. The rod had broken mid section, but I was able to find a matching mid section to make a complete and functional rod. YOUR BID IS FOR THE COMPLETE, FUNCTIONAL ROD, IN AS-IS CONDITION! When rods are turned into St. Croix for warranty, they scrap off the label to denote that the warranty has been used up. If you look at the pics you can see where the labels have been removed. The image is crisp& clear. It is not signed. It came with a collection of photographs by Milton Porter. Some were signed& some were unsigned, but this was definitely done by him. I took the picture apart, cleaned the glass& put new paper on the back. The gold Arts& Crafts frame measures 8.5" high& 6.5" wide. Condition: Wood Souvenir Drinking Cup= Fine- A pretty piece of turned wood into a drinking cup from Santo Domingo R. D. This souvenir cup measures: 4 3/4" Tall x 3 3/4" Widest Diameter. A light varnish covers the exposed surface with hand painted location marking and the country's flag. A nice touch. On the side(see photo#2) there are two scuff marks approx. 1/2" diameter each that has exposed the bare wood or removed the varnish covering. Also. This Mexican"Retablo. or altar, sanctuary, is what is left of a burned church in Juarez, Mexico. It was used during special festivals commemorating the"Nincha's" miracles. The paint is in excellent condition for its age- it was made in Guadalajara in the late 1800's. Bright colors as is found on anything Mexican. Hand painted wood retablo and hand painted figure of the Nino on canvas. Measures 48 x 18 x 3.5 exterior and 15 x 28 x 3.5 interior. Has space to place candles for adoration and sacrifice during times of waiting for miracles to manifest. It also has two sets of notches cut into the front of the retablo which are suspected to be for carrying it and placing sacrificial candles. It also has a few holes drilled in the top and sides that are parallel or horizontal to each other which tells me there are pieces that ... morewent in them. The paint looks to have been touched up a few times. One of the top arches has had an accident and was fixed rather crudely. The photos you see are photos of the one you will be receiving. Much care has been taken to photograph with the highest dpi for the best clarity. All sides and angles have also been shown. WYSIWYG. I guarantee the description to be at least 90% correct. A very nice tzute from Santo Domingo Xenacoj. I bought this weaving at the Ixchel Museum store in Guatemala City in 1987. I left the tag in the lower left hand corner. It is in new condition. Has no flaws. The embroidery thread is very good quality, it is possibly"lustrina" which the Mayans use for special and ceremonial pieces. It measures 22" x 22" As you can see from the photos, this is a one-sided weaving, like so many Guatemalan pieces are. Please check out my other listings. I am selling my collection of Guatemalan textiles that I bought in 1987 while traveling around the country. This is the first ring I've seen that is made in the Depression Era from Santo Domingo. I could not find any listings on ebay or on Google search. The ring is made from a plastic with turquoise chips inlayed. The ring is 3/4" high and 1" wide. No markings or initials. It was found with a Santo Domingo Depression Era thunderbird necklace. And eight Santo Domingo necklace tabs. The ring's interior is smooth and certainly could be worn.

26" SALSA EL SANTO SCANDIUM SUSPENSION MOUNTAIN BIKE FRAME Item Description Here is a really nice Salsa EL Santo Scandium suspension mountain bike frame with Manitou Swinger 3 way SPV rear suspension. The frame measure 20 inches from the top of the seat tube to the center of the bottom bracket. 17in from the center of the top tube to center of bottom bracket and 22.5 inches from the center of the seat tube to the center of the head tube. The head tube has a length of 4 1/8" and uses 1 1/8" non tapered steerer tube forks. The bottom bracket use threaded bottom brackets with a width of 68mm. Impressive vintage Latin American Santo wood carving mid 1900's, Saint Michael
Vintage carving of St. Michael, Carved in the mid 1900's. Probably 1950's. Mexican in origin, from the village of San Miguel de Allende where these were once popular. The santeros in San Miguel were once famous for their work and the archangel Michael was a favorite subject. Very nicely carved with strong. Clear facial features. The arms are pegged and movable, so he can be seen raising his sword or raising the scales of justice. This lovely vintage carving is unusual in its size and excellent carving. Statue measures 20" tall and 8" wide. 10" deep from the front to the tips of the wings, and weighs almost 4 pounds. This piece would make a lovey addition to your collection!
