It is most likely ... moreof European origin. It has 24-inch-long drawer leaves that fold up underneath the top when you do not need such a large table. The table is 57 inches long, 29.5 inches deep and 30 inches high. Look at the base with carved legs that are 9 inches thick. It has carvings of berries, fluted, rosette flowers all over the legs, corbels and skirts. The table is finished in a dark oak stain finish that appears to be original. It shows minor wear marks for an item that is over 130 years old. It is a stout and sturdy table. It would make a great computer table, dining table, or desk. The table is 104 inches long when the two leaves are extended. It is a great style and great look.
