This bowl was made from one piece of wood and has been lovingly used. You can see the wonderful hand carving chiseling marks in the wood and throughout the bowl also you can see the natural wood grain in this outstanding primitive bowl! This wonderful bowl has no damage and has great patina. No cracks or chips. The inside of the bowl still has the rich coloring in the wood! This is a set of 2 vintage or antique wood bowls made by Minising. Recently purchased at an estate sale. I am unsure of their age. Hand made and primitive in appearance, they are slightly oblong and measure about 6 1/4" in diameter and 1 1/2" tall. Nicely sized, they will make a charming addition to any room. Pineapple, Lazy Susan/w removable trays on each tier,10 cups, 2 goblets, 8 bowls, serving fork/spoon, and a teapot. Tiki Bar. Hawaiiana, Eames era. In very good vintage condition. Measure approximately 40" tall by" wide. Dress up that Hawaiian Tiki Bar! The top spikes of the pineapple can be removed to be used as spoons to remove dipping sauces. Originally there were four tiers. It got broken. It is not very noticeable. The trays are included from that tier with this set. Look closely and ask questions if you have concerns.

These two beautiful wooden bowls were purchased frm the artist by a friend at a craft show. They are each signed"Wayne 04" on the bottom. The grain. Weight and color of the wood makes me believe they are formed from walnut, but I am not certain. The larger bowl measures about 10" in diameter and 2" high. The smaller bowl measures about 5 1/4" wide and 1 7/8" high. They are in excellent condition and would look beautiful in a den or kitchen either empty or filled! Antique Painted Wood Bowl About 17" in Diameter Probably Poplar (Tulip Wood)
Antique wood bowl that is painted a pale grey green. It is a turned bowl probably made of poplar(tulip wood) It is about 16 1/4" by 17 1/4" About 1" out of round. That is a good indicator that the bowl has a lot of age. It is a bit over 6" deep. The paint? Not new but not very old. It has some wear and suffing that I think have come with use. It looks great on a worn and primative table. The paint has probably kept it from starting to crack as these bowls want to do when they get enough age to get out of round and you can figure at least 60 to 70 years for that to happen. This is just a very large super old wood bowl.

It is pol ychrome and vividly painted in cobalt blue and bright yellow green and red wi th a lighter yellow for the interior of the bowl. It has car ved dragon heads and necks which form the handles of the bowl. It has carving around the outside and a folk art Norwegian saying on the rim of it. I tried to translate but could not get anything that made complete sense- it does say something about"fine dress a nd hat" The saying to the best of my ability to discern is"Der drat ab mig en mand inat faa han fortad fin hue o g hat hitgen fra Merot. It might be something about ... moreMe ro t(the wine) as this is a drinking bowl o r Kasa. It is in good condition for the age and use and rarity. It has the following issues: The one horse looks to have been cracked and re paired awhile ago- the head appears to be reattached at the top of the dragon head in front of the ear to a portion of the way down the blue neck well before it gets to the spotted V edge. The same dragon handle looks like it was repaired near the bottom of the multicolored V. Both repairs appear to have been done awhile ago and they do not detract from the bowl. The other dragon is not repaired but the back of the ear has been chipped off and could be repai red and repainted green if so desired. The interior of the bowl has been well used and there is paint wear as to be expected as this bowl was used. With all of that being said. T his is just the way you like to find your antiques- with the age and use and patina achieved over many years. We leave all antique items as is as found so as not to disturb the age or patina or value. Up for sale we have a great estate find! Here is a lot of five pieces of California redwood from a family trip that took place in 1941. There is one checker pattern bowl that measures 10" in diameter and about 2" deep. The bowl also has a lithograph of a redwood forest attached to the bottom. Next there is a plate that is about 8" in diameter and is marked"PHA Crafts SW" and also is marked by the previous owner with the date of their trip along who went. Also included is a vase that is 3 1/2" tall and two toothpick holders that are about 2" tall. These three objects have also been tagged by the original owner. The bowl shows a good amount of wear and has a small spot of gray paint on one side. The vase and the toothpick holders also have their fair share of scratches. You are bidding on a neat antique/ primitive wooden bread bowl. Bowl is marked Marquette on the bottom. It is in good primitive condition with nice patina. The bottom shows an old chip in the wood(see pic) on the bottom. It appears to be shallow. Also, on one side you see a crack(see pic) that does not affect its function. There are some scratches. Victorian Silver Plate and Oak Salad Bowl and Servers
Remarkable piece of craftsmanship this antique wooden pedestal salad with silver plated fittings and a white ceramic liner. The bowl is in fantastic condition with no chips. Discoloration or repairs, it does have a faint crazing over the entire piece but this is due to the age of the piece, please see the picture. The oak wood bowl as 2 small( wood shrinkage) natural splits in the seam of the bowl where the pieces were put together and from research this is a common occurrence. The markers mark of B& W is on the side of the rim, please refer to the picture. The bowl comes complete with a pair of Victorian salad servers. The pictures with the following flaws are shown. They are 2 small nails are missing holding the symbol, one of the footings has oxidized, wood shrinkage. VINTAGE WOODCROFTERY FOOTED WOODEN BOWL FRUIT DESIGN
Up for auction is a vintage wooden bowl made by Woodcroftery(marked on bottom) This bowl comes from the estate of an elderly couple. I don't know the history or how old it is. I believe the fruit design is hand painted. It has 3 round wooden feet. It appears that this bowl has been used and shows some signs of that. utensil marks and scratches to the wood. vintage Wood Leaf Bowl, hand-carved 7-1/2"
I-1 Hard Wood Bowl carved into the shape of a leaf two toned and beautifully grained wood possibly this is teak or monkey-wood. And made in Hawaii or the Philippines? I am not sure of it's history. It is very beautiful. And has nice detailing and finishing. Excellent condition. Minor signs of age and use- there appears to be a water spot in the base of the bowl. Antique Wooden Dough Bowl Nice Shape Early American Primitive Dug Out Handles
This is a very nice early dough bowl with dug out handles. It is over 17 inches long and 10 inches wide. It is quite heavy and is in great shape. Vintage Burl Walnut Salad Bowl Handmade in Billings Missouri
This vintage burl wood bowl was constructed by laminating pieces of wood and then turning it on the lathe. It is marked in recessed letters. Burl Walnut Billings Missouri. It is 5" deep, 10" across the top, 5" across the bottom. There are a few light surface scratches inside that indicate usage and if you look at the horizontal lines on the bottom inside, you can see a slight space. Maybe the size of a pin head, which is from the process of laminating. Neither of these issues goes through the wood to the bottom. Which is about 1/4" thick. The bottom is solid. I've not had any problems. I usually wipe the bowl clean as the olive oil helps treat the wood. For selling I did wash the bowl. This is a smoke free home. Thank you.

Genuine Teakwood Salad Bowl from Thailand
This is a great functional wooden bowl of teakwood. Made in Thailand. The wood has been oiled and other than a few light surface scratches inside the bowl. It is in very good condition. The measurements are 8" across the top. 9" across the bottom, and a 4" depth. After serving salads, I use a paper towel to wipe out the bowl as the olive oil I use treats the wood. For selling, I did wash the bowl. The wood is on the thick side, there are no cracks. A few of the photos show the wood as a bit lighter due to the flash. Photos 2. 4, 6 are closer to the color. Straight from an estate sale is this great vintage wooden bowl. The nut shaped bowl is 4" tall. 12" long and 8" wide. It has a thumb indention on the outside edge. The bottom is marked Genuine Leilani hand crafted Monkey Pod Wood. There are character marks the last picture shows the front of the bowl. The color is lighter there. It is not a chip. The smaller bowl is a Munising. It is about 6 3/4" by 7 3/4" outside top. The larger 3 footed bowl has some paint chipped on the inside and some varnish worn off. Antique Primitive Wooden Dough Bowl! Antique Pri mitive Wooden Dough Bowl from the very earl y 1900's. I am not sure exactly how old this bowl is. It may be from the late 1800's, but I have no way of knowing. It is in good cond ition for its age. There are two cracks about 3/4" long on both sides. It measures 17 1/2" X 16" by 4 1/2" tall. Please be sure to use the zoom feature and look at all photos and ask any questions before bidding as there can be no returns. Shipping charges include insurance and tracking fees. Large 20.5" Antique Primitive Old Wood Dough Bowl Trencher Treen Country Table
ANTIQUE PRIMITIVE 20.5" WOOD TRENCHER DOUGH BOWL This is a beautiful dough bowl that was acquired recently from an estate in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Although this primitive wood dough bowl was carved from one piece of wood, it has a nice smooth finish. In addition to its length of 20.5' x 10' wide and 4" deep. It is doubled handled and shows a few small white paint specks on the surface of one side. Can be easily removed. It remains in very good condition. Very smooth surface separation/ crack has been repaired near one handle. This wonderful old trencher with its old aged patina and color will look great and is a perfect size for your harvest table or wherever you decide to use it.
