Antique hand made Pillow cover - embroidered flowers heart shape Victorian look
This is just one of those rare finds. It is a handmade heart shaped pillow cover- you would stuff it from the back(see picture 4) It has these little daisy like flowers embroidered on it. It is a mint green color. Puple stitching around the edges. 13 1/2 inches wide- 13 inches tall. No stains. No rips(other than the opening) This would be lovely also used just as a doily. Picture 3 and 5 show it sitting on my table. The white doily around it is part of my table, not part of the pillow. Would look lovely in a Victorian home- or cottage home. Check out my! I have up for auction an extraordinary piece of porcelain made at the Rudolstadt factory in Germany. This gorgeous large ewer or pitcher features a matte finish allover cream or blush glaze onto which has been hand painted lovely flowers on branches with foliage in bud and in full bloom. The flowers and leaves have been trimmed and accented with gold gilt so that every petal and vien stands out. The fall like earth tone colors are just lovely and will blend well with almost any environment you decide to display this in. The large size is impressive and will make this a focal point of any room or cabinet space and the gorgeous mold design really makes it quite the show piece. The stylish handle done in green and pink along with a central girdle in green as well make this piece stand out as something truly special. Dimensions and dating: All measurements are approximate. This piece stands an impressive 15.25" tall to the spout tip and is around 8" across at its broadest point with a base diameter of 4.5" This piece bares a factory mark dating it from the earliest period of manufacture by this maker being 1895-1924. The design elemets date the piece from the very earliest part of the time frame and was probably created in the late 1890's when other factories like Worcester and some austrian makers were putting out similar pieces that were all the rage at that time. Condition report: This piece is in antique or vintage fine condition with only two issues. The first is a small hard to notice rim chip and a shallow filed down one on the spout. The chip is hard to see because it is in the crease of the mold so unless you are fairly close and looking for it you will not find it. The filed down sliver looks to have been reparied at the factory and is would not be noticed at all accept it affects the shape of the spout slightly. The other issue is some chipping

Here we have a scalloped shape R S Prussia Bowl with a bouquet of mixed mums& carnations in the center. The raised mold and beautifully scalloped sides add to the rariety of this lovely Bowl. There is some enameled gold that accent the blossums all along the inside. All the pointed edges between the petals have tiny streams of marroon color following the raised mold. This is a lovely bowl that displays well in a lit cabinet. The colors are all bright Victorian. And the glaze of the bowl is just pink& pastels on the white porcelain finish. The bowl measures 10 1/2" across. by 4" tall. There are no cracks nor restoration.However there are two very small chips on the edge of the bowl. There is also one on the back bottom edge out of sight. All three are almost undetectable.We mention for accuracy in listing. We have blacklighted ... morethe piece to be sure. Pretty light shade globe has bell shape and floral design. They measure: 2 1/4" fitter. 4 1/4" tall and 4 1/2" across the bottom. These are in extremely good condition for age and use. This is a nice set of 5 Vintage Plastic Christmas Ornaments. These are a very hard to find shape and even harder to find still with the original plastic in the original box! Bradford called them"Diamonds" As they are shaped like the precious stones. They have the faceted point on the top and bottom. The top half is clear so it shows the diorama scene inside. The inside bottom of the ornament behind the scene is silvered/mirrored, so it reflects the scene around to the entire bottom, creating a kaleidoscope effect! The outside of the bottom have different colored plastic. They are still sealed in the box, but they measure about 2-1/2" from point to point& 2-1/2" in diameter across the front. American made by Bradford in the original box that reads: Made in USA by Bradford the Unbreakable kind"Diamond" Christmas ... moreDecorations. This is a rare find of vintage plastic ornaments. And I have a total of 8 boxes of this shape. Each box has different scenes and different colors, so I have listed each box individually. It is adorned with a shiny golden ribbon. And as many sweet dainty, ladylike pink flowers with their fine green foliage that anyone could ever want, and bordered with matching pink 1/2mm double scallop trim. This piece came from an nice estate sale a few months ago, got put on a shelf, and forgotten. Had to clean my office and found it again. This would make a nice addition to any collection. There is some wear to the finish of the ribbon, some fading and faintly worn, and inside the dish itself is a scratch that is about 1mm long that only really shows when the light falls a certain way on it, and another tiny one above it. All in all though, it still looks great, although ... moreeven with my research, I am unable to give you a date of manufacture. It measures: 5.5" across at widest part x 6" from crest of ribbon to tip of heart. The dish also still has it's original red foil sticker on the bottom and the original gold toned stamp, although it is quite worn down, but still legible.

Offered in this auction is an antique hairbrush from the early 1900s or perhaps older. The brush has a really nice porcelain plaque that is hand painted. The little blue flowers are raised while the other flowers are painted and then fired onto the porcelain. The brush is an unusual size and something that I have not seen before. It is approximately 11" long by 2" wide. The brush is in very good to excellent condition. I am not sure that it was ever used or not used very much. This is a beautiful glazed pottery vase. It is glazed and hand painted with flowers. Almost 9" tall. The top is 1-1/2" across, and the base is 3-1/4" across. It is marked VIETRI and a marking that I can't decipher. I think this is from Italy. No chips or cracks but some minor imperfections in the glaze. My photographs are part of my description. Presented is a pair of vintage 1940s fruit or dessert bowls from the firm of W S George. The pattern is Patricia. The shape is Radisson. Each bowl stands 1 1/4 inches high with top-rim diameter of 5 inches. The base measures 3 inches. The base of both bowls are backtamped as shown in the accompanying photograph. The only flaw noted is a very minute nick on the rim of one bowl. This measures about 1/64 of an inch and is more easily felt than seen. Shipping is to the United States. The colored layers form the contrasts of the picture. The word cameo actually applies to any carving in which the picture is raised above the surrounding surface; but in the glass world it is only used for carving where there is more than one colored layer to the glass. The surrounding glass may be cut away using hand tools. The oldest and most skillful method; or with hydrofluoric acid(which eats away untreated glass) To bring a glass product up to Daum Nancy quality a glass blower needs very high skills and experience. Royal Rudolstadt porcelain china relish bowl or pickle dish leaf shape flowers
Offered is this lovely leaf-shaped relish bowl or pickle dish made in Prussia of fine porcelain china by Royal Rudolstadt. The dish has wavy sides and a single circular handle. Trimmed in gold. The bowl features blue and white morning glory flowers with green foliage on the inside and outside. Hand enameling appears on some of the flower petals. A thin band of aqua-marine blue decorates the outside rim. Gold trim decorates the wavy edge and the handle. Another thin gold band appears below the aqua-marine band. The bowl measures 8.5 inches long(21.5 cm) and stands 2.75 inches high(7 cm) It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. Gold trim in very good condition. Questions welcomed. Antique Silver Pepper Heart Shape Leaf Scrolls & Flowers Oval Base 1904
This is a good Antique Solid Silver Pepper. I can best describe it as being almost of a heart shape having broad shoulders and then narrowing down almost to a point. It has an embossed pattern of leaf scrolls and flowers on a textured orange peel background which covers all of the body apart from a raised blank cartouche on each side which is surrounded by scrolls. It has an oval lined base and a small rounded pull off lid. It does have hallmarks on the neck which are quite rubbed and I can really only make out the lion passant and the date letter. But the lid has a clear lion passant and date letter mark. The makers marks however are very rubbed Assay Office: BIRMINGHAM Date: 1904/05 Makers Marks: Very rubbed and can only make out the first letter being a"W" Dimensions: Just over 3.25 inches inches tall. 1.75 inches wide at is ... morewidest point, with base just under 1.75 inches long and just over 1.25 inches wide. It weighs 37g Condition: Overall it is in good conditon but there is a little split at the top rim of one of the side seams. But this is minor and really only noticed on very close inspection and the underside of the base rim is a little mis-shapen, but this again is very minor Remarks: This is a good decorative antique solid silver peppe that would finish off any table Antique and vintage silver by its very nature has been previously used. With a blue flower and a pink one, and the interior is all pink. The handle is brown and fashion ed to look like a branch. There is crazing throughout but no chips or cracks.
