1st class Vatican reliquary relic panno w/sangue of St. Padre Pio with COA
1st class relic of Saint Padre Pio of Pietrelcina. This is a piece of the panno( bandage used to cover the wounds of Padre Pio, this is not like the common ones on ebay this actually is stained by Padre Pio, notice the stain in the pictures all the other ones only have the bandage. The certificate also states its panno con sangue the others just say panno( bandage) The back of this relic is sealed completely with wax to avoid moister getting into the relic then stringed and sealed to help preserve the authenticity of this rare relic. The others just have a little wax with seal. Rare and unique item available only to Vatican members. This was made in a limited number with a certificate of authenticity signed by father Gerardo Di Flumeri. Here is a collection of EIGHT 3rd Class or"Touched" relics. All in medal formats or attached to metal plaques. SIX of these relics come with interesting devotional literature in the forms of prayer cards, bookmarks and novenas to the saint. Two are in'Pocket Altar formats' made like smal folding books meant to be carried in pocket or purse, and with waterproof protective mylar covers. These are: 1. The relic plaque of PADRE PIO, declared a saint by Pope John Paul II in the millenium Year 2000- which comes with a full color prayer card of the saint in blessing pose- and 2. St Therese of Lisieux( The Little Flower of Jesus) in a black mylar flexible folder- which comes with a laminated bookmarker which has a pewter medal of the saint attached in its upper portion center. 3.
