Both pieces appear to be early 20th century designs and one piece is defiantely a food pusher or crumb knife, but the side mounted spoon is totally unique to me. I'm guessing that it is some sort of tasting spoon. The pusher is about 4" long and the'spoon' about 5 1/2" long. Measures 4.5" tall and are 6" wide. Base is 3.75" in diameter. Each is clearly marked with the Moon symbol. Crown, 835, and the"G" These are NOT weighted. One weighed 239.2 grams and the other weighs 241.4 grams. Have not been detail cleaned~Would leave to new owner. They should polish beautifully. I do not see any dents or dings in the pieces. Up for auction is a very nice Jakob Grimminger large diameter candle holder. the top measures 3" across and holds a 1 1/2" candle. The candle holder is 2 3/4" tall and 4" across at the base. For sale is a nice German 800 silver salt cellar frame by Jakob Grimminger of Schwabisch Gmund. The oval frame is 2 1/4 inches long by 1 15/16" wide and weighs 13 grams. The frame has a vertical side with beading and piercing as shown. It stands on four compressed pad feet. The missing insert would measure 46 mm by 37 mm. The frame has not been monogrammed. It is marked with the Crown and Crescent. 800" and the trademark of Jakob Grimminger. Condition on the frame is quite god. There is a little stubborn tarnish. But no real damage.
