It is in good condition ... morewith very little wear. The material is of a kelly green that is much more Roman than the darker forest green color that is often produced today. The back is embroidered with a cross that is composed of flowers with the iconic IHS in the center. The front is a simple pillar composed in the same theme as the back. There are two strings that are used to secure the vestment around the waist of the priest. The matching stole is in very good condition and its adorned with metallic fringe on the bottom. It has a sewn cloth around the neck to absorb any sweat that may damage the material. The only sign of age and wear is found on the front between the embroidered part of the vestment. The cloth is slightly distressed and is beginning to fray. This can be seen in the photos 6& 7 provided above. Aside from this. The lining is in excellent condition for its age. Unfortunately, there are no other matching pieces available. This set is for the chasuble and stole only. If you should have any questions. Please contact me before bidding.
