This scale still has 97% of its original blue paint and the printing on the face of the scale is in excellent condition. The top of the scale seems to be turned about 10 degrees to the right but would be a fairly easy repair and it still works great! The second scale is a Triner and it is a 1 lb postal ... morescale with a silver finish. There appears to be some small light beige paint splatters around the base of this scale and a few on the measuring bar. This scale is also in excellent condition and mechanically still functions properly. The third scale is a Pelouze 4lb national postal scale with a beautiful american eagle Pelouze Scale logo printed on each side. This scale has some very unique features like the scrolled bottom base with red and white pen striping. There are some rust spots throughout this scale but more prominent on the base. Vintage 1962 Merck & Co DOCTOR'S 3-D MEDICAL MODEL of KNEE w/ TENDONS ~4 Pieces
For your bidding consideration is a neat old model.This is a vintage medical model. More than likely a display piece that was once given out by a drug rep to a doctor. The piece originally came from a heart doctor's estate. The model is an early piece of Merck memorabilia, a company that is still around and dominates in pill sales. The piece is a stand-up, 3 dimensional display with removable parts. The inside contains a panel that has two pieces that connect to it. One represents the front of the knee, with musculature and tendon, and the other piece is the actual knee bone, with accompanying tendons. The piece is made primarily of hard plastic and the tendons are more of a rubber material for an even more lifelike feel. The back of the piece is clearly dated. It is in overall very good condition. I replaced the reel seat with a new deluxe Aluminum Reel Seat and I used brand new stainless steel chrome plated snake guides with a line keeper.
