This is a beautiful mirror that came from an ... moreestate sale. This is a very vibrant red mirror with chinoiserie decorations and gilt accents. It is a very beautiful color and size. I don't think the mirror has the orginal backing and don't know if it has the original mirror. If you do some research it looks like they had a cloth backing over the wood. It does have the wire on the back for hanging.There are some small areas that are marked up but overall the mirror is in nice condition for its age.There are 2 metal brackets on the wood frame which you can see in the pictures of the back of the mirror. I would assume these might be so you can replace the mirror if it ever became damaged or broke. I didn't do anything to this item. It is in the condition I bought it in. You can clean it to your liking. The measurements on the mirror are 57 X 28 1/4. Add this beautiful antique mirror to you place for a statement piece over your mantel. I am only offering local pickup for this piece but if you want it shipped you would have to make the arrangements through a company and pay the shipping yourself and I would work with you on having them pick it up. Antique Chinese 40" Long 2 Drawer Table w Carved Apron This 2 drawer table has a flush panel top. There is a simple bead detail around the 2 drawers. The bottom stretcher has a double bevel. The lower bevel has a bead detail below. And the bevel and bead carry around and down the inside of the front legs to the feet feet which have a carved scroll detail. There is a intricately carved apron below the drawers. The sides and back have recessed flat panels and simple shaped aprons. Approx. I occassionally use USPS for lightweight items if it is cheaper. This auction will be a project for whoever buys it. It includes most of the parts needed to make two side tables. I purchased it already taken apart. So I've never actually seen it put together. The four main pieces are 15" x 26" The top pieces have Chinese carvings as part of the table. I'm sure that they used to have glass tops at some point. You should note that the two tops have four holes when looking at them from the top and six when looking at them from the bottom. The corners have some wear. And there is one corner that wasn't measured perfectly and doesn't come together(last picture) ... moreYou will also get 35 pieces that are supposed to screw together to make the legs. You get four each of five different lengths. Eight of another length. And seven of the last length. I'm positive that the length that there is seven of is supposed to be eight, so you will have to make one of your own. There are letters written on most of the pegs, which should help. I've tried to figure out how they are supposed to go together. But I'm stumped. The metal parts go together easily, but screwing a wood peg into a wood hole is hard to do. Chinese prayer alter table was purchased in a Beijing furniture market when I lived there in the mid 1990's and shipped to Colorado when I moved back.
