This is a great late Victorian stained glass leaded window. This style is sometimes called an eyebrow window. In excellent condition with no breaks in any of the glass. In the original frames measuring approximately 21 x 13. Great size to display in front of your current glass window or to adapt to your woodworking project. I have taken the photo on a rather cloudy day-the glass is very vibrant. Especially the red accents along the top. This is a very pretty antique stain and leaded glass window. Circa 1890s. Contained in the original window frame I would say, the window features colors of caramel, amber, red, and green. Here's an Antique Glass Prism Tile in a great shade of purple. It's 4 inches square and about 1/4" thick. Used above the transoms in store fronts to bounce the light back into the room. This one WAS MADE BY THE LUXFER PRISM GLASS CO AND IS A FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT DESIGN. In 1897. Frank Lloyd Wright patented a style of prismatic glass tile designed to refract and diffuse light into the building from the outside for maximum lighting efficency. These tiles were generally used in store fronts as the transoms to the larger plate glass display windows. Wright patterned this design for the Luxfer Prism Company in 1897.

Erhart Zollet Armorial Panel Stained Glass with Arms of Bern& Sankt Gallen 1601 Armorial Panel of stained Glass. A bearded officer wearing helmet and breast plate holding a banner with the arms of Sankt Gallen, a shield by his left leg emblazoned with the arms of Bern, inscribed with his identity Erhart Zollet and dated 1601 As often is the case. Parts are not original, in this case certainly the entire upper section. The Zollet family name occurs quite often in the canton of Fribourg, who with Bern at that time ruled over parts of today's French speaking part of Switzerland. The name Zollet also is spelled Chollet, Chollex, Colet and Colletti. As the damage is significant. Please refer to all pictures for condition issues.

Just picked this at an estate sale. The window section is 42" long. 32" wide, and 1 3/4" thick. This is an old window for a loft/gable end seen in older Victorian era homes. The one side has severe termite damage, but may be salvageable if sawed off and re-framed. The red glass panes are of different darkness/shades of red. No cracks or broken sections. This is a beautiful piece with lots of rich red color and potential. It will need to be packed well because it is fragile and a large piece which costs more to ship due to certain package size fees. Antique Stained glass and slag glass window Came from my previous home. It was a 1880 Brick Georgian Colonial. It has 3 stained glass windows and some other leaded glass windows. I have salvaged and others architectual items from the home. The rest of the windows are hanging in my home. This one has some slight damage which happened when I removed them. It could easily be repaired- I just don't have the talent. I would LOVE to be able to repair this window. It has amazing color and design. Vintage window with 12 twelve 8x8 glass panes of obscure. Colored, hammered pattern glass. The center 13 5/8 x 13 5/8" pane is set on a 45 degree angle it is obscure, clear with a stenciled pattern. Remaining four(one is broken) obscure, clear(unidentified pattern) panes are triangle shape with the base& height being 8" All glass is textured one side only. Glass is set in a 40 1/2W x 41H x 1 1/4" wood frame. Glass color: The four corner panes are brown with reddish tint the other eight are light orange. Depending on your viewing angle the colored glass appears to change shades. I have identified the colors as I see them. Frame is sound with some dings& nail holes. One exterior mullion strip has had a piece broken off(see close up photo) Exterior paint has been mostly worn away, interior had been stained& finished ... moreit too is worn. A good bit of the exterior putty has fallen off. The broken triangle shape pane measures 1/8' thick. The 5th& 6th photos are are the same piece of glass. The 5th photo is the exterior side. This auction is for 4 sawtooth glass tiles in a leaded glass frame( but this panel contains the Makers LOGO Glass Tile with 13 patent dates ranging from 1881 to 1897) This was part of an old window. Made by Luxfer. 1st Pat. date Oct 4, 1881. The panel measures 18 1/4 inches long and 4 1/2 inches high. The glass has turned a light purple(S.C.A. from sunlight interacting over a long period of time with manganese used in the glass. The use of Manganese ceased during WW I, to conserve metals for the war effort, so this panes are 100 years old or more. In wonderful condition! Nice piece of architectural glass. 2 Antique Leaded Clear Glass Windows - 6 Architectural Salvage Panels
This lot contains six leaded clear glass panels from the 1800s that can be used individually. Organized into two larger windows( three panels each) or organized into one very large window( although the six panels, because of the size difference of each, do not comfortably fit into the group of six) Each panel measures 6 5/8" wide with the height varying between 36" and 37" center pieces are taller) and each panel is very fragile because there is no frame to keep them rigid( they are presently tied to one large board to keep them secure) If these are arranged with three panels together as one window you will get two windows that measurement@20" wide x 37" tall in the center and 36" at the ends. The very large window that uses all six panels will be a clumsy 41" x 37" because the four 36" pieces ... morewill make the ends. They look great together( apologies for the photos but these haven't been cleaned) and can certainly become a worthwhile project. This beautiful window once graced the landing of a grand staircase in a turn of the century Victorian home. Located in Connellsville Pa. Built in 1890, this home known as"Greymont" was the residence of J.M.Grey, a wealthy coal baron. The Lady of Greymont is a majestic combination of stained glass, art glass, and painted on glass. The scene is composed of six individually framed sections with an overall measurement of approximately 80"x 72" The top 3 panels are almost totally covered externally with approximately 68 cut, stained, leaded, double leaded stained glass covering 85% with layering. The face, shoulders, arms, and hands are painted and fired, as is the left foot resting on the carpet. The subject is seated on a stool and a red bustle appears on her back. Deep purple folded drapery glass are presented in her gown ... morewith a pretty blue sash around her waist. her hair is medium brown and her eyes are a light brown. The harp is made up of 29 separate round, brass bars of which some can be plucked. Some of the more unusual features in this remarkable window are the folded linen glass also known as"drapery" glass a common feature in the windows of L.C.Tiffany. The harp strings are applied to the surface of the panel for added realism and depth. The lady's features are delicately hand painted, as is the foliage above her. This three dimensional technique adds both beauty and realism to this work of art! Textured Kokomo opalescent glass is used to imply marble in the architecture of the scene. Up for consideration a complimentary pair of Architectural Stain Glass Windows. They have an interesting form and great coloration. They measure 26 inches high at one end and are 25 1/2 inches long. They are bowed out and retain layers of paint to the wood frames. One joint along the long edge of the top window has separated. No visible repairs. One of two Stained Glass Windows that are Magnificent Turn of the 20 th Century Windows. Definitely Art& Crafts influence. But I don’t know when they were made. Incredible colors- Ruby red. Bright Green, brilliant purple and golden yellow- A fantastic medallion in the center and four structured corners and frame with a background of pale green. The sun reflects off all the colors. Large enough to fill most windows. The frame is 49.5 in high X 26 in wide. The actual glass is 46 in X 21 3/8 in. I am selling them separately but if you want both let me know. I bought them around 1985 from a shop in Glenside PA. They are just as I bought them. I am very sure that the frame is original. Large Antique Church Stained Glass Window BEAUTIFUL OLD GLASS in Original Frame
Exquisite large stained glass window from Tabernacle Baptist Church of South River New Jersey. Best guess is church was built in late 1800's to early 1900's. Church was torn down in the 1990's and the window was preserved then in its original frame. The glass is old. In brilliant colors. Some of the glass pieces have wonderful swirls of color, and were probably hand rolled. You can see this in one picture which shows a purple swirl in the glass. Dimensions are: the glass panel itself are 40" high by 76" wide( that is over 3 feet by 6 feet! From edge to edge the window frame is 53 inches high and 94 inches wide. At the bottom is an attached hand painted piece of glass that says" Memory of Mary Martin from her Children" This glass piece can be removed. Exposing the rest of the stained glass panel behind it. Condition ... moreis very very good. This is a leaded window and the lead came is still solid so the pieces of glass do not wiggle. There are two small cracks in two pieces of the window, neither of which expose extra light or affect the overall beauty of the piece. You can see one in the last photo. The window is supported with rebars so it has not buckled or warped. In the photos, the large shadow strip down the center is a piece of metal in the back, which could be removed when the window is hung, Pick up only- We are just outside of Princeton New Jersey. Pair of Antique Tiffany style Stained Glass Victorian Windows
Antique Schlitz Beer Etched Growler. Pre-Prohibition, Porcelain Top, 1900?s Finding one of these beautiful windows is great. But to find a matching pair of antique windows is wonderful. Each window measures about 35” wide and 45” tall. They have nice original solid metal frames in the back. That are about one inch wide plus reinforcements. In the photo that shows the two of them, the one on the right side does not have the top and the right side frame pieces in the back. Both of them are still very solid and can still be moved easily. The way that I had them mounted in my home, it made no difference at all with the frames the way they are. Many of these antique windows have no frames at all so having this much framing is a great bonus. I had thought of building a simple wood frame but did not find it necessary but I can show you my design ... morewhen you pick it up just in case you would want to frame them in wood. There is one piece of blue glass that has a star crack that is shown in one of the pictures and it is still held solidly in place. Couple of other basic normal expected tight cracks and if you love antiques like we do, then they just add to the character. If you demand perfection then there are plenty of new pieces coming in from China. I was told that these were from around 1890 but have no way of knowing when they were made for sure. I have had this matching pair of antique windows in our master bedroom for awhile and have enjoyed them but we decided to change the room around so they are going up for sale. If they do not sell we will put them in another bedroom in our Queen Ann style historic home that has another set of windows where the would fit the same way. These are pick up only and I have no intention of trying to pack them. They are certainly not sun catcher size. And are quite impressive but I was able to transport them easily with my Durango and most mini vans would work fine.
