Description This is 7/8" h x 2 1/2" diameter round. The bottom part is open and the underneath of the top is beaded. The top part is smooth. This was used sitting on top of a base. Framed and matted 3-1/2" diameter beaded belt buckle purchased in 1986 at Ft. Hall. Just outside the Blackfoot reservation. This is a unique buckle of fine workmanship with red and maroon outline and white background. The maroon frame is 7-1/4" square. When it was framed the framer was requested not to damage the buckle in any way, so it should be wearable, but it is a great piece framed for the wall.

True Vintage Victorian Steel Cut Silver Beaded Round Chatelaine Evening Bag 1900
We have for you a truly amazing vintage round Victorian steel cut beaded evening bag with fringe and with a beautiful chain Chatelaine clip with cherub playing what looks to be a mandelyn. The frame also has the Cherub motif with doves on either side. The bag measures 12 1/2" from the top of the clip to the end of the fringe at the bottom. The bag is 8 1/2" tall without the chain and 5" across. I have pictured the inside showing discoloration of the lining. Also pictured is one loop that needs to be tacked up and one loop that came off on one side when I was setting up the pictures. Some of the beads dropped off but I put a piece of tape on the end to stop any more from falling off. I will include the beads that fell off in a baggie inside the purse. The back of the bag is velvet. The frame has the following on the exterior ... moreof the back side Pat.Feb.27 and then-1900- I have supplied a picture of this as well. My guess is that the lining is silk. I have left the cleaning of the silver to the buyer but have tried to take extremely detailed photographs. So please look carefully and email any questions.
