An antique victorian reticulated sterling silver and glass beaded fringe candle lamp cover. The sterling frame is made and marked by Gorham. The red fabric liner is removable. The sterling has been recently polished. Marked on the inside with the traditional Gorham Hallmarks and“Sterling” and“6635” Dates to the early 1900’s. Measures a full 2 7/8 inch tall(plus 2 3/8 bead drop) 2 1/8 inch top diameter and 5 1/4 inch base diameter. Condition is great as there are NO dents. Measurements Chest- 32" Waist- 25" Hips- 32" Back Length- 40" back of waist& down) 55" total length with bodice& to the top of the shoulder straps. Sllit- 24" Description This is a stunning looking formal gown by Precious Formals! It is in excellent condition! The dress is a white straight skirted gown with open back and cross over shoulder straps that are adorned with fine silver glass tube beads and they come around the back and wrap around the waist. The darted bodice has the same beadwork edging in a v neckline. The bodice is padded for smooth coverage. The skirt has a left leg open slit and the back zipper ... morework smoothly. The white fabric is all a brilliant white. No dinginess! No holes or blown seams but a trace of a loop of thread at the top of the left slit is loose. Nothing severe at all! The only flaws on the dress are a row of approximately 12 beads in a line on the back of the right side shoulder strap are missing. No other missing beads. These can be replaced easily! A little bit of a rubbed section on some beads on the left strap but they look fine. They are not loose. It's very minimal so it' looks fine. The back chest closure has 3 hook& loop closures. The bottom loop is missing but the top two sets are complete and the hook for that third one is there. It's easy to replace that loop without hurting anything. Next are 2 spots on the dress that need to be mentioned. They are not huge. One is a trace tiny light brown mark on the lower bodice. It's very very tiny! And one little brown one on the lower left front/side. These are the only 2 marks that I think show up much at all. There is a faint dark smudge on the lower right/front side. That should wash right off. It doesn't look deeply set in the fabric! The fabric has no snags or pulls. It will wea

Up for sale is a lovely vintage Frank M Whiting sterling silver and etched glass champagne/wine bottle coaster with a nice beaded edge. Glass is etched with a sunburst pattern and coaster measures approx. 5-1/4 inches in diameter and sits approx. 1/2 inch high. This was in my family and most likely belonged to my grandmother or great grandmother. The coaster is in nice vintage condition. But does show some minor wear. I found 3 very small dings along the front smooth silver rim(please see photo 8 for 2 of those dings- I could not get the 3rd to show up in a photo, but it is similar to the 2 shown) There is some light tarnish along the front rim and some more significant tarnish on the silver edge that sits underneath the glass(see photo 9 for a close-up) There is some scratching, tiny dimples, and general wear on the bottom silver edge that ... morewould sit on the table. Vintage Antique Lot 3 Purses Handbags Clutches Glass Beaded And G Silver
Up for bid is a lot of three antique purses. The Blue/Purple beaded purse measures approx. 6 1/2" deep. It's outside is in good condition. But the inside silk liner in torn. We were unable to determine the exact color. As it looks cobalt blue under most lighting, but a dark purple under some. Either way it is a beautiful bag! The black purse measures approx. 8" deep and is in good condition with some minor signs of age. The G Silver purse measures approx. 8" wide across the bottom. Is 6" deep, weighs 360 grams, and is marked G Silver on the inside. It shows its age with minor tarnish/discoloration that may be able to be polished off. Also it needs some minor repair along the side where it needs relinked. There is a peculiar smell to it which we believe to just be the antique silver/metal odor.
