The matching earrings are clip style. The bracelet fits a 7" wrist and measures approx. 1 1/4" wide with a fold over clasp. The padded clip earrings measure approx. 1" x 1 1/4" The clips close tightly and work well. Earrings and bracelet are marked Hobe. There was once a safety chain on the bracelet but it is missing. Faceted Mercury Glass Beaded Christmas Garland Red Green Chartreuse
98 inches. A little over eight feet of vintage Japan pretty mercury glass Christmas tree bead garland. The strand is made up of red, green, and silver faceted 1/4" diameter beads and larger 5/8 inch diameter chartreuse faceted beads. The original wired cardboard end stoppers are present. There's a little age darkening of the beads due to normal deterioration of the inner silvering but the finish is still good and I didn't see or feel any broken beads. And there is a silver sparkly bead that separates every 12th bead to add interest and shine, all held together by a silver-tone clasp. I only made ONE like this Beautiful Gold ~ Amber~ Honey color! I have been making these for over 20 years! It is made with VINTAGE glass Beads( I think the 15 larger ones are 1920's beads) It has a small gold clasp. So it can be wrapped around as a choker. It is VERY long at approx. 58" I had to re-string this one. So the clasp is a bit off center, but it is super strong now! This would be perfect for a 1920's Party with a FLAPPER Dress or a Renaissance fair. But it is just pretty for any night out too! The other colors shown in last picture are also listed. Separately! ANTIQUE VICTORIAN HDMD FINE DELICATE TINY FACETED GLASS BEADED TRIM 28" x 1/2"
This auction is for a most lovely and unique antique handmade(machine-stitched down center) trim of the Victorian era. It is so fine and delicate and its glass beads are faceted and irregular in shape and size. As well as being very, very tiny. All of beadwork is wrapped around a cotton base with the finest threads. The color is black, I believe, but it is also similar to gun metal gray due to its sparkling quality. It is difficult to discern. This is perfect for jewelry making. It is a very desirable trim and not one that I have seen before. This is being sold"AS IS" although it is in very good condition. The only minor flaws that I detect are as shown in last two photos. These are not a major issue and are not even noticeable, in my opinion. In fact, I do not know if it has ever been used. One will love this. Most notable about this piece is that the beads are faceted but rather than being round they are elongated. Oval shaped beads. I only made ONE like this Beautiful True RED color! I have been making these for over 20 years! It is made with VINTAGE glass Beads. The 17 larger ones and small ones around it are swarovski aurora borealis AB beads) It is has more sparkle in person! It has a small gold clasp. So it can be wrapped around as a choker( it can be wrapped around 9 times if your wrist is a bit small. Otherwise 8 and worn as a bracelet) It is VERY long at approx. 64" This would be perfect for a 1920's Party with a FLAPPER Dress or a Renaissance fair. But it is just pretty for any night out too! Vintage Crystal Glass Round Faceted Clear Beaded Choker Necklace
This Vintage 1950's choker is in excellent condition. The last few beads on each end are graduated. But the body of the necklace is made up of beads of the same size. The choker measures 16 1/4" from end to end. It is adjustable with a minimum length of 14" and a maximum of 16"
