Antique Edwardian 1900’s Purse Blue Venetian Glass Beaded Swag Gorgeous Handle! This auction is for an absolutely beautiful antique glass beaded purse with a gorgeous ornate handle. This is a late 1800’s to early 1900’s purse with such great style and movement! The beads are Venetian(ITALY) Most likely the purse was made in France. I belive the base thread is silk, not cotton. It has a luxurious silky smooth feel from the beads and a great“weight” to the purse as well. I am selling this in“AS IS” condition- there are a few condition issues and purse needs some TLC/repairs- see ALL the photos and read the entire description. Rare Consolidated Glass blue opalescent satin glass Beaded Drape biscuit jar(please see attached pictures) Item is 7&3/4" tall to the top of the lid finial. Is unmarked, and condition is as follows: Glass is excellent, no chips, cracks, repairs or damage, just some light roughness on the bottom from the satinizing process as shown. The metal bail handle, however, appears to be missing the decorative flourishes at the top of the bail handle as shown. The handle, however, could easily be replaced as the handle comes out of the holes in the side of the metal bail as shown. There is also some tarnishing to the bail as shown. It has the original accent coloring but originally it was probably black or something and has since faded to a pale green. Groups of bright blue stones set in silver‘cups’ are attached in groups of three between the diagonal lines. A magnet tells me that the gold beads are glass and the silver beads are cut steel. The loop fringe is made up of the same beads. The frame is gold-tone and has a light chased pattern. The bag opens with a kiss lock that works just fine and has more bright blue stones on its tips; the sides line up perfectly when closed. Size: M easures 14” from the top of the handle to the bottom of the fringe– ... morewhich is 1-1/4” long. The width at the frame is 5-1/2” and just where the fringe begins is 6” wide. Delphite Blue Butter Dish & Lid 80's Glass? Beaded Hobnail Edge Unused
Up for auction is a delphite blue butter dish and lid. This is from my 91 year old mother's antique shop and I believe it may be glass she purchased from the 80's. It is not depression glass. It has never been used and mint condition. There are no chips or cracks. There is a slight line on it which is from the manufacturer but non detracting. It is not a scratch.
