The reason this clock is in such exceptional condition is the prior owner had it completely overhauled and refinished by Chelsea around 2005. Which was very expensive. Brass carriage clock dent of london
This is a beautiful carriage clock by dent of London. This clock has been fully serviced which included a complete strip down of the movement and bearings etc replaced it was then cleaned reassembled and relubricated and regulated. The case has also been taken apart polished and lacquered. The dial and hands are also all good and it comes with its original key. Whoever buys this will be getting a bargain that will give years of pleasure.the clock measures 80mm wide 60mm deep and 115mm high to top of case so excluding handle. Rare Gustav Becker BHA Brass 400 Day Anniversary Shield Clock C1900
Up for sale is this Rare 400 Day Gustav Becker Shield face Clock. The plate is number 1032 from the horolovar repair guide dating it to c1900. It is in unrestored condition with original patina. includes disc pendulum and dome. Note the paint loss on the numbers on the dial as photographed. Clock appears in good solid condition and movement appears complete. I do not know if it runs. Clock is approx 11 1/2 inches tall without the dome. Approx 12 1/2 inches tall with the dome in place. This is one of the clocks from my personal collection. It will be well packed and double boxed.

This great looking wood mounted polished Brass Ship's Clock and Barometer is in very good. Well kept and working condition. The Ship's Clock is made by Bell Clock Co. USA. It is Quartz and runs on a AA battery. Keeps perfect time. The face unscrews to change the time. There is(1) small screw missing from the bottom of the back plate.next to last photo. It is a NON-chiming clock. Measures 7" x 3-1/2" deep. The Barometer indicates"Made in Germany- Compensated" and is in working condition. Measures 7" x 3-1/2" deep. Face on both pieces are beveled glass with no chips or cracks. A couple of pin dot scratches on the clock's glass. There is(1) surface scratch and minor wear in the brass on the left side of the barometer(see last photo) On both pieces you will find other minor surface wear. But you really ... morehave to be scrutinizing it up close to notice any of it. The wood base is light-medium oak in color. There are no chips or cracks or major scratches and very minimal wear. There is a thin felt paper backing attached to the bottom which is peeling away that is not photographed. It is not a gummy type of paper and will not leave any glue/residue when and if removed. The entire unit weighs a total of 14 lbs.4 oz. This is a great looking unit that is in very good. Well taken care of condition. LARGE 1877 FRENCH BRASS & GLASS REGULATOR CLOCK - "MARCAINE"
Up for auction is this large antique French brass and glass regulator clock which is inscribed on the porcelain dial with the name"Marcaine" and"1877& 1878" and other French inscription that is not legible. The clock measures 7 1/2" wide by 6" deep by 13" high which is definitely larger that most regulator clocks made both in France and the US. The porcelain dial measures 4 1/2" in diameter and has no chips. Cracks, or hairlines which is rare for a clock that is over 137 years old. The four(4) beveled glass doors and sides are also in very good condition. The clock comes with a key that when wound runs on a level mantel. The clock chimes on the hour and half hour but the clanger chimes with a thud needing an adjustment. Weighs 14 lbs. before packaging. Here is a lovely vintage Swiza Sheffield alarm clock from my father's estate. It's in very nice condition. Except for a small blemish to the metal oval around the face. There are also 2 hairline marks on the face itself near the 8. On the back someone scratched"DB35IJ" This clock measures about 3 1/4" across and 3 1/2" high. It has a stand attached to the back or it can be folded flat. This clock is made of brass and the front is a dark reddish brown color. This is a wind up type clock. I had it running for about a week and it does gain a little time each day. There's an adjustment on the back of the case to slow it down/speed it up. But I didn't try to regulate it. I am not an expert on vintage items. I have not attempted to clean or repair this item. Fresh out of an estate. Offered here is a Seth Thomas nautical Clock and Barometer. Both are the same size. Have brass cases in need of cleaning and polishing. Antique Ornate Victorian Solid Brass Clock Cherub with Floral Drape 1906
Solid Brass Victorian Mantel Clock- Cherub holding a long Floral string. Pat. Oct 2. 1906(see picture) On the back it is has engraved Made In U.S.A. off to the left of that is says Pat'd Oct 28, 1902, May 15th, 1906, Dec 15th, 1908, Patents PDG. Also in one of the pictures, I discovered a number on the back of this clock at the bottom right on the leg 421, could be a cast number, not sure. The Clock winds up and runs great and keeps good time. It is a really beautiful antique brass clock. She stands 11" Tall x 7 1/2" at the widest point. The back of the clock is 4" in diameter.
