This booklet is 32 pages plus the brightly colored chromolithographic covers and features information on Carter's Little Liver Pills. Carter's Little Nerve Pills, Carter's Iron Pills, Carter's Liver Bitters and Carter's S.W& B.B. Plasters. This booklet is not dated but has testimonials dating between 1879 and 1881 so a circa 1882 date seems appropriate. This booklet has beautiful artwork on the covers and is filled with claims of healthful benefits including disorders associtaes with Malaria and other problems. This is an original antique published around 130 years ago. Lot of one Carter's Little Liver Pills Bottles - With Cork (Lot C)
Up for auction today is a Carter's Little Liver Pills glass bottle. This bottle comes with it's cork. However there is a tear on the label from top to bottom on the rear of the label. The Carter's Little Liver Pills logo is intact. It would be a great re-labeling project as the cork and bottle show no visible defects. This bottle measures 2 5/16" from cork to base by 3/4" wide. Lot of two Carter's Little Liver Pills Bottles - With Corks (Lot B)
Up for auction today are two Carter's Little Liver Pills glass bottles. They both have some minor rubbing and staining to the labels(but still fully legible) And come with their corks. The stains appear to be ink stains on the bottle on the left, and usual rubbing(though very minor) on the right. The one on the left measures 2 3/8" from top of cork to base by 3/4" wide. And the brighter one measures 2 3/8" tall by just over 3/4" wide. We have additional Carter's bottles up for sale. So please see our other auctions.
