I purchased these WWI pieces at an auction in Ohio. There are two newspapers. They are both The Ohio State Journal. One is the November 12. 1918 edition. The other is the November 13, 1918 edition. One headline reads: Foes Shorn of Power to Renew War; Allies Now Turn to Deeds of Mercy; Germans Ask Aid: Allies Celebrate" The other reads: Revolutionists in Control of German Fleet; Allies Demand All of Germany's Submarines; Republic Is Formally Proclaimed in Berlin" These newspapers show wear but are still readable with lots of war advertisements and articles. The paper is still flexible. The pages turn easily. The magazine is Liberty Digest. It is the March 2, 1918 edition. I would consider it to be in good condition. It has a nice WWI graphic on the cover. The binding is tight and I do not see any loose or missing pages. These ... moreitems are right at 100 years old so they do show wear but thet are all nice solid readable copies that would look good on display.
