First photo is rear shot. This long puffed sleeve(Juliet style) with elastic in 3 spots tells me this is true late 60's early 70's. I looked online for this label and found vintage-inspired dresses currently available. The designer's bio stated she was in business for 30 years prior to restarting a few years ago. So I do believe this piece is authentic. It is 100% rayon and Made in India. Original hippy/ peasant/ gypsy. The overall floral print is rust with navy background. Signature Woodstock. The elastics. not dry rotted; still with good stretch) trim, and 1/2 self belt are navy velvet. Button front placket. The tag states it's a large but it's a very generous large b/c of the unconstructed styling. Hence the XXL 2XL in my title. 16- 18 + NOS with tag. Needs slight press, otherwise perfect. Gorgeous dress from late 1940's or 50s.authentic vintage. Getting harder and harder to find, especially in larger sizes. This dress is truly unique; it appears to be custom made. It is navy blue, with a navy blue lace overlay lined with a peach fabric in the front bodice and the back yoke. One of the most unique features is the way the sleeves connect with the front bodice, almost creating a cape effect. There is a beautiful long ruffled half peplum in the front and in the back.so pretty! Great lines overall, fitted top with a fuller skirt effect. There are a couple of minor issues: one is the exposed hand stitching in the front at the neckline, about 2 inches; it looks like it was once covered with a brooch or bow, which it can be again.
