JOB LOT ANTIQUE VINTAGE VICTORIAN LACE CROCHET EXQUISITE HANDMADE ITEMS SILK?
Hello and thank you for checking out my auction. Here we have a lovely job lot of 7 antique lace/ crotchet cotton. Linen and, I believe, silk items. All pieces are beautifully hand crafted and feature flower and petal motifs. The lot includes: 1) Large. Intricate rectangular lace panel- a few small areas of discoloration. There are several small holes where the stitching has worn and come loose. Please see picture. 2) The larger. Fine oval mat with what I think may be a silk central panel, measures approx 10.5 inches across. Has some discoloration to central panel. 3) The smaller. Fine oval mat, with again what I think may be a silk central panel, measures approx 6 inches across. 4) Two doilies. The same pattern. One discolored, the other a few spots of discoloration. 5) One linen doily. A little dirty and one small area of loose stitching. ... more6) Square lace mat. Very fine and light. Central panel I think might be silk, which has some staining and discoloration. Condition in all cases is as shown. These items are not perfect by any stretch of the imagination.
