The book has some faint spots on the cover, I am not sure what there are. It is mostly on the back of the book, and in my opinion, is minor. The slipcover is in decent shape with some mild fading on the spine end. The Treasury of Kahlil Gibran is hardcopy with a dust jacket. It is in near perfect condition. The dust jacket has no marks or tears. And the pages of the book are without writing, marks, creases, stains or odors. There is no publish date, however copyright was 1951, and it was published by The Citadel Press, New York. And finally the hardcopy of The Prophet. Published 1976 in New York by Alfred A Knopf.
