Truly a spectacular piece! It measures approx 102 inches long. And 86 inches wide(50 inches across the center, with sides of 18 inches each) Probably never used. Recently laundered. Lightly pressed. No stains or discolorations. I note a number of tiny breaks in one of the lace inserts along the edge of the bedspread, a couple dozen around the coverlet(see last photos for examples) I think that particular lace wasn't the strongest over time. In any case, hard to notice! I just like to be thorough in my descriptions. There are a few other small openings here and there. Also difficult to see. Antique French Normandy Alencon lace boudoir pillow with cherubs or angels
Fabulous French Normandy lace pillow in varying shades of white and off-white laces. The center is a filet lace piece depicting 2 cherubs or angels. The outer edges and ruffle are Alencon laces and the corners are Irish crochet lace. Very nice, attractive piece to grace your boudoir. One small rip as seen in the photos; an easy mend. The back does not have any buttons, but it doesn't really need them since it fits tightly enough on the pillow. Pillow measures 12 x 12 without the ruffle and 17 x 17 including the ruffle.

This measures 90" long, by 66" wide. The base measures 82" x 34" the bottom and top ruffles measure 4" long, and the side ruffles measure about 16" long. This lavish piece is in near mint condition. The design is elaborate and graceful, simply lush with beautiful old laces from France. Italy and Ireland. Definitely not one of the commercial pieces churned out for the tourist trade. This is spectacular! It measures about 58 x 85 inches. With lovely scalloped edges and elegantly rounded corners. Condition is slightly shabby. Still looks gorgeous! Recently laundered, very gently. There are areas of discoloration remaining, but I didn't attempt an aggressive cleaning. It isn't fragile or falling apart, but these Normandy laces are delicate by nature. Likely the discolorations would soak out with additional gentle soaking. Antique Normandy Lace Table Cover with HIgh Relief French Whitework 36 " Round
This is a really wonderful antique Normandy Lace Table Topper. It appears to be all of hand made or hand embroidered laces and medallions. The center medallion is 7 inches and each of the other 4 are about 6 1/4 inches. Even the smaller triangular and long rectangular shaped pieces have very high relief embroidery. It is slightly over 36 inches in diameter. The color is a creamy beige. The cotton fabric is translucent and has some very old expert mends. There is also some splits in the fabic of the larger medallions- I see no problems with the center medallion. These medallions look like they could have come from 19th century bonnets. I tried to picture each of the medallions with any closeup of the splits. tears. Or repairs. I have never had Normandy Lace with such wonderful embroidery, Email if you would like more pictures. Extravagant. Luxurious antique French Normandy Lace coverlet. This one is extra fabulous. With design that's lavish both in lace and in beauty. Every inch is gorgeous- even the ruffled sides(usually so plain) are elaborately worked. A magnificent piece! It measures about 72 x 92. With the center approx 40 inches across. Lovely scalloped edges on the long sides. Color is ivory. Condition is not quite perfect. Still very good! Estate fresh and unlaundered, but seems clean, with just a few discolorations. There are some seam separations, some small scattered holes in the net, couple of breaks in the lace, and an old repair in the linen of the center medallion(last photo) You'll forgive a few flaws. This is rare and spectacular- you will LOVE!

Light cream Normandy lace on top of a light sheer pink silk backing. It has gorgeous silk rosette bows on each top corner and a full trim of the tiny rosettes along all 4 edges on the back. Hand sewn. It measures 40 1/2" x 40 1/2" In very good condition. There are two tiny seam openings. A couple small light tan spots and a very faint fold line, 2 tiny pinholes on the pink backing, and light wear on the very end of the bows as shown in photos. Lot of 5 antique French lace and embroidery doilies- gorgeous! Normandy lace. Net lace, needle run, etc. The largest is about 10" the smallest about 4.5" From the same estate, these are all beautiful. Sold"as is" A couple are excellent. PAIR of ELABORATE Antique French NORMANDY LACE COVERLETS Bedspreads Ecru 70x96
Fabulous pair of antique French Normandy Lace coverlets- rare. Elaborate and oh so beautiful. They measure about 70 x 96 inches each. With the center about 40 inches across, and scalloped sides 15 inches in length. Color is ivory, or very light ecru. Condition is not quite perfect. Still very good. Estate fresh and unlaundered. These are a little stiff with old starch and storage. Overall we note some storage stains and discolorations, a few seam separations and minor openings in the lace. One coverlet has a few small tears on the side edging(last photo) and a couple tiny tears in one of the center embroidery panels(3rd last photo) The other coverlet has a small tear in one of its center embroidery panels(2nd last photo) You'll forgive a few flaws on this hard-to-find pair- these are gorgeous.

This exquisite large Antique whitework Normandy lace embroidered batiste bedspread/coverlet/tablecloth from the early 20th century. It is made of a patchwork of sheer ecru& cream color net laces. Batiste and filet. There are several fine ecru cotton batiste medallions. With floral raised padded satin stitch hand embroidery work, french venise& knot. Drawn cut work, tambour embroidery work over varied sizes of filet and lots of elaborate whitework details. This lovely lace textile could be used as a bedspread or tablecloth table cover and is a work of art. A kind of sampler of a variety of lace techniques. It measures 87" wide X 99" inches long and is in wonderful condition. With only a few tiny pin holes a faint color variation here and there probably from from storage.
