Antique Victorian Hand Crocheted Deep Lace Edging - Beautiful craftsmanship
This is the second lovely long length of antique Victorian hand-worked cotton crochet deep lace edging that I have listed. And this one is stitched together to form a loop, although has no corners which the other that I have listed does. There are remnants of old cotton along the inner edges where it must have been sewn onto some fabric in the past. The depth is 5 inches/ 12cm, and the crochet pattern intricate and beautifully worked. The colour is ivory or cream, and there is discolouration in places, however I can find no holes or wear at all.
