PRETTY ANTIQUE HANDMADE 3D APPLIQUE EDGING LACE WEDDING DRESS VEIL DOLLS VINTAGE
A very pretty long length of antique hand appliqued and embroidered edging/trimming lace which i guess is maybe French and from the Victorian era. It measures approx 238 x 19cm. It features many patterns of flowers and leaves etc and has a lovely detailed scalloped border. The larger flowers have gorgeous central 3D crochet type petals and many of these still have the tiny little bits of cotton wool type material within them to hold the beautiful shape. It is very exquisite. It is in good strong antique condition with only a handful of tiny holes and just the tiniest amount of coming undone on a few of the applique patterns but none of this detracts from its beauty. It is a pale antique white colour with only a small amount of age discolouration but i should think this would clean out. I have had this beautiful ivory French net lace for years. And never really knew if it was a bridal veil or table runner. After checking eBay, I believe it to be a bridal veil with Tambour work. It measures 11 3" long and 22" wide. I have provided numerous photos so please view everything and ask any questions if you a re unsure before bidding. A lovely piece- in original condition. Antique Vintage White tulle Lace Wedding Veil ~HEIRLOOM bow faux pearls dangle
This is an amazing vintage veil from the 1940's or 50's. It has little faux pearls framing the hat portion and one teardrop faux pearl that dangles in the middle! The longest part of the veil is 30" There is a lace pattern on the tulle/netting just on the hat part. The long veil portion has scalped edges. Good condition except 3 small holes in long tulle part of veil. You have to spread it out and look for them. The white has some aging to the color.

A few dark storage spots, a large water stain(2nd last photo) and some holes(last photo) Some hooks are attached along one end, but I don't think this lace was ever used. Antique Long Floral Wedding Lace Bridal Veil + Head Piece Beads Wax Flowers
Absolutely lovely 1920's lace bridal veil with head piece. When I took the photos I started at the top and worked my way down just to show the different types of lace and size. The head piece is made up of beads. A few rhinestone and wax flowers with double lace. There is a thin silk strip that has a hook on one end and an eye on the end of the veil. The veil itself is a beautiful floral lace pattern. The 2 pieces that come from the head piece are thin and then the pieces of lace get thicker and sort of circle down. The length of the veil is about 143" and there are no ends the smaller pieces are just sewn to the larger pieces and end being attached. The thinner part is about 4" wide and the wider part is about 12" The head piece is about 14" long and 4" wide and has a double ruffle. The flowers on one side is ... morea smaller clump or some of the petals have fallen off. The head piece is exquisite. The lace is in very excellent condition all over and there is a lot of it. I can see no tears or stains. In a very few small sections there is a slightly different color not staining just a little darker. It's made very well and is very lovely as is the head piece.
