The antique grape shears measure 6 1/2 inches long by 2 3/8 inches wide at the finger holes. The shears are in excellent condition for their age and weigh 83 grams. For sale is a pair of antique grape shears or scissors. These lovely scissors were made by the Roger Williams Silver Company(c1900-1913) These shears have a lovely grapes. Grapevines, and grape leaves pattern on the handle, which is exceptionally detailed. The blades appear to be steel while the handles are weighted sterling silver. Overall it's in good shape, there's a bit of surface rust to the interior of the blades which could easily be removed or cleaned. It shows some minor wear but no major damage or misuse; really good for something over 100 years old. It measures 6 1/4" by 3 1/4" when closed.
