Pyrex glass dark green laboratory glasses beakers small blown in mold set of 8 Ca. 1930's. 2 1/2'T- I at first thought these were Pyrex Depression Glass juices but unlike the juices or any of their kitchen glass these are very thin and appear to have been blown in mold and have a tightly rolled lip. They also have this weird bluish luminescence as seen in some of the pics. I have been unable to find anything like them anywhere so any info would be greatly appreciated- possibly some rare laboratory glass. Near mint. 1890-1900 hand blown glass syringes. 6 1/2" long, 6" long.
These two early hand blown glass syringes are about 1890-1900. Both have tow-wrapped glass plungers. One has a threaded pewter top. It is 6" long and 9/16" in diameter. The rounded end has 4 openings. The center opening is chipped otherwise it is in excellent condition. The other is 6 1/2" long and 1/2" in diameter with a cork top. The rounded end has 3 openings. The dark material at the top of the cork is crackled but solid. There is one surface chip and what appears to be a chip at the edge appears to be an imperfection in the material not a chip. Otherwise this syringe is in very good to excellent condition. Both of these syringes are very clean and fine examples of this early form of syringe. If you have question please contact me. What was used is Vaseline Glass like you see in the glass section on ebay. Used in making vintage vases, bowls etc. These Geisser tubes produce UV light and thus lighten up the glass into bright yellow. This glass was widely used until 1950. And is NOT harmful or illegal" These do NOT use uranium glass. But Fluorescein which is also a florescent product and not harmfull or toxic. Vintage Antique Hand Blown 3 Neck Chemistry Lab Glass Distillat Flask Jar Bottle
Late 1800's to the early 1900's antique hand blown triple neck lab glassware flask in excellent condition. The flask was lightly used and has some minor burrs around the inside edge of the 2 outer top necks and a few small chips on the inner edge of the bottom neck. None of these would effect it's use. There is no other damage. Cracks or chips on the flask. There is much uneven blobby glass with tool marks and bubbles around these applied necks as well as many bubbles and tool marks around the flask with a pontil mark on bottom surrounded by rough glass as per hand manufacture.
