This two sided oval medal does not have a designation mark. It is composed of molded blue plastic. The medal is highlighted by raised design on each side. This Miraculous Mary medal features a representation of the Holy Virgin. It is hard to read but states. O Mary Conceived Without Sin Pray For Us Who Have Recourse To Thee. On the reverse there is the twelve stars. The letter M surmounted by a cross with the Immaculate Heart pierced by a sword and the Sacred Heart. The oval medal not including the O ring is approximately 1 inch by approximately 5/8 of an inch at the widest points.
