Vintage Bakelite Bracelet/Necklace - RED DISK CHARMS - different sizes - unique
This is a fun red bakelite disk charm bracelet or necklace. It's a little long for a bracelet and would be more of a"choker" type necklace so not sure which it is. The red charms are bakelite. Charms vary in size from about 3/4" to 1" There are 12 charms total. The chain is a brass like metal links with metal jump rings to attach most of the charms but some are attached directly to the chain. The chain measures just over 13" There is not closure/clasp on the chain so it needs to have one to be able to be worn. Vintage Three (900) Silver Ancient Greek Ruins Charms for Bracelet
Up for bid are Three(3) Vintage 900 Silver Greek Souvenir Charms. The charms are the Caryatid Porch or Porch of Maidens. Parthenon, and Greek Godess Athena. To give you a representation of size. The Porch of Maidens charm measures 9/16ths of an inch long by a tad less then 1/2 inch wide and 1/4 inch from front to back. This charm is marked on the back"900" for Silver content. Athena and the Parthenon I could not find a mark, but I did have my Jeweler and test all three charms and they tested positive for 900 Silver. This charms have all been worn on a bracelet. But remains in nice condition. These charms are rustic looking and may have even been sand molded, but not sure. These are still neat Vintage Greek Ancient Ruin Charms. Vintage CORO Ten Commandments Charm Bracelet Misses Size For Charms Mainly
Up for auction-I have left this as I found it-as you can see it is in need of some TLC. I left it on the original card so that you are able to see the charms with the corresponding commandment. The bracelet itself looks to be in poor condition- I am NOT sure if it can be cleaned up. The charms appear to be in good condition, they are not rusting as did the bracelet.apparently made from a better metal. It was made by CORO and there is obvious damage to the card that it is on and the bracelet.this is mainly for the charms.
