Rare and Unique Vintage Avon President's Award Charm Bracelet with 9 Charms with
♥♥♥Free Shipping! ♥This is such a nice vintage bracelet with 9 great charms. I have rarely seen any offered with more than 6. So this bracelet is special. It belonged to my mother who sold Avon for many years and was also an Avon Team Leader and in the President's Club. The bracelet came out in the early 70's and the charms were added as representative's excelled in sales. One of the charms is from the 80's though and it is the Gold Rose and has no box. ♥This charm bracelet comes in it's original box with four charms. The other 4 charms come in their own boxes as they were not added to the bracelet. Hence I am quite sure the bracelet was never worn. There is a small blemish on the top of the box. The double chain bracelet is in excellent condition as are 8 of the charms. On the back of one, there is very tiny little dark ... moreplace close to the stone. I don't know what caused it or if it came that way, but I've also noted the same defect on other identical charms I've seen on E-bay. ♥Each charm. about 2 1/8" diameter) with the exception of 2, are stamped with the percentenge of 10K Gold. It has not tarnished over the years. The double chain is stamped 1/20- 12K G.F. and is approximately 7.5" in length with a safety chain as a closure. There are 2 charms not marked with 10K Gold. One is the Gold Rose and it is simply stamped on the back 1886- 1986(when Avon celebrated their 100 year anniversary) The other charm is the Four A and is probably 10K G.F. but the the intricate design left no place for a stamping. ♥NOTE: The 8 charms each have a different precious stone that is genuine I am not 100% certain about what every stone is. But here's what I am quite sure of: The Door Knocker Charm has a light purple stone which I think is an amethyst The World of Avon Charm has an aquamarine stone. The"A" Charm has a sapphire stone. Coro Vintage 1940's wartime Kitch Bracelet. This was intially a gold tone bracelet. in fact the cup an saucer and the inside of the bell are the only items that seems to sustain this otherwise the item is silver in color.Please feel free to research this as I am selling the item"as is" but it appears the undermetal was silver because when I put it in silver cleaner it reacted as such. I can not guarantee its silver. The value of this item is nostalgic war time in a kitch humor way.Whimsy was as important as reality at the time.
