Close inspection shows some spalling of glass on the Fresnel ribs near the upper mounting screws. Chrome has a nice shine; however, close inspection shows it is scratched and thin in places. This light housing was meant to be mounted directly to the hull so there is no base-plate. The keyed hole to receive the light socket is found on the bottom of one side. No light socket included. This would have been one of a set. One red, one green for the starboard and one deck mounted light for the clear light. Base is 5 1/2" x 10 1/8".

And a repair in the rear as it has a crack and the rear of the boat is slightly lifting on top, but does not take away from the piece. Rigging is in good shape. Looks to have been wired at one time, as the lights on the roof are extremely detailed with little light bulbs. Inside the cabin is a chair a helm maps and charts a little pipe the throttle and a radio all nicely put together. Has little portholes life ring, air horn little wooden cleats and pulleys. Vintage Marine Spot Light for Vintage Wooden Boat, Rat Bike, Chopper, All Brass
Offered is this vintage. All brass, nickel plated marine spot light. It is in very good vintage condition with no damage but with expected patina. It appears to be from the 1940's era. The entire unit appears to be nickel plated brass including: All brackets, clamps, nuts and bolts, housing, power cord sheathing, bezel etc. The only ferrous parts are the two tiny screws in the side of the housing and the central bolt that claps onto the spindle( no doubt non- original hardware) In addition to a vintage marine application, this light would easily convert to rat bike or chopper application with its single centrally located lower mounting point. The handle on the back detaches from the inside with two screws. The switch is a push-pull, plunger type. The cylindrical housing measures about 5 1/2" across and about 4 3/4" long. The ... morereflector is shiny and the lens is undamaged. I have not tested to see if it works, but it appears to be a very simple lamp utilizing an automotive-type bulb. Extraordinary Antique Wooden Kerosene "Steam Boat" Lamp
Greetings. This is a remarkable very old wooden Lantern with an elegant white etching of a Steam Boat trudging full speed ahead through the high seas. Steamboats's have been around since the late 1700's. They reached their peak in the mid 1800's and continued on through the 1920's or so. I do not know the age of this lantern but suspect mid-late 1900's and also suspect that it was used on the boat that is portrayed. I could not find another one like it. This lantern is made like a barrel out of hard wood and is quite heavy, it measures 5 1/4" tall and has a circumference of 15" I believe the top and lining are made of brass. There is a very small nick at the top that does not detract from the appearence at all but I want to be descriptive. The over-all condition of this lantern is splendid and the etching is ... morecrisp and bright. Vintage running light for a 42-48 wooden boat
Has some oxidation but will clean up rather well. Also some rust pit marks as you can see from the pics. Not bad for over 60 yrs.

Wooden Boat Search Light, Half Mile Ray, Model 833, Powerful Beam, Vintage
This is a Half Mile Ray 12 volt Marine Cabin Roof Search/Spot light. Model 833 made by the Portable Light Company. This light is in beautiful condition for it's age and works. All parts are there including the big chrome knobs that are located on the bottom of the shaft inside the vessel cabin with which to swivel the light 360 degrees and to raise and lower the beam angle. It was removed from a fresh water yacht, The chrome has minor pitting and wear as is to be expected with this age, no dents or damage. The chrome is peeling from the bronze base casting. The gears to raise and lower the light are in excellent shape and nothing is missing. I will carefully pack this light and ship to you via USPS economy shipping. BRASS OIL FIRED "BUG EYE" WOODEN LAKES BOAT BOW LIGHT EARLY 1900,S UN-RESTORED
You are bidding on a seldom seen turn of the century"bug eye" oil fired wooden lakes boat bow light. Body is brass with crack free"bug eye" glass lenses. Has a small extra hole drilled shown in photo.S in lower corner. Probably to electrify at one point? Could easily be repaired if desired. Not that noticeable but should be mentioned! I feel it would be a shame to destroy the patina this has developed over the years by cleaning this item. Comes with original oil font. There are no markings on light that i can find. Has a flange on back door to aide in mounting. These lights were often removed after lakes voyage to be cleaned and refilled. I got this item in the early 60,s from my grandparents lake cottage in upstate N.Y. They had built the camp in the 1920,s for summer use. It was in a out building for as long as i can ... moreremember as a kid,visiting in the summers. You will find very few original"bug eye" bow lights in your travels! Up for sale is a vintage perko stern light part#965 glass lens. WHAT A FIND! t bis was a barn find and has not been test and we do not know the history of it. VINTAGE BOW LIGHT FLAG HOLDER CHRIS CRAFT RIVA WOODEN BOAT LARGE CHROME GLASS NR
This is a very nice vintage bow light most likely from a Chris Craft. The glass has no cracks. There are a couple of very minor edge chips inside that can't be seen unless you are searching for them. Hardly worth mentioning) The glass I believe was clear but has a purple tint from age. The light fixture and bulb are inside but not wired or tested. The hole for the flag is 1 1/8" across. And is not slanted. The Chrome is presentable but would need replating if putting on a restored boat. There is a# inside which appears to be 5701. The light is chrome over brass. The light is large at 11" long,7" wide,and 5" tall. Please view the photos and ask any questions before bidding. Buyer to pay shipping and I will pay the insurance. Thanks for looking.
