Up for auction is a Very Rare Antique Perko Purple Glass Nautical Light. This was found recently at an estate sale on the coast of Maine. In doing my research on this item I have determined that this is a rare light. This would be a fantastic centerpiece to any room and can easily become a functional light. Antique Boat Ship Vintage Bow Light Brass Vessel Perko Blue Red Glass Nautical
Up for auction is a antique bow light. I am unsure what boat this was off of but it was definitely removed from a boat here on long island. It appears to have a brass body and blue/ red glass. It does come with a wooden mount. The only issue with this light is it is chipped in the blue portion of the glass. Other then that it appears to be in nice shape. It has been sitting on a shelf for years and could use a good cleaning. It is being sold in as is condition. Please see my other antique nautical items up for auction this week. It is fairly weathered and has some rust on the inside. But it looks really cool. Also, there is a small crack on the top in the front(you can see it in the first photo) Light/ Lamp is not included. It is approximately 12" tall, 6.5" wide and 5" deep. It weighs 2.5 pounds. I'm not sure who this was made by but it has great patina looks like it was electric at one point fron the hole near the top would make a great light no cracks in lens 19" tall and approx 8" wide. This is a Green lensed Vintage Perko De-Lite Starboard kerosene Brass Nautical Light.Was manufactured in Brooklyn, N.Y. It includes the kerosene Lamp Light container, but is missing the interior reflector,and does have a 1/2 inch occlusion in the lense. The occlusion should be visible in the photo, it is within the glass and does not break the surface of either side of the lense. Vintage 1921 PERKO Green Red Marine Boat Navigational Bow Light
This is a vintage Perko clamp on navigational green& red bow light. Bow light has a Pat date on it of Dec 20. 1921. Light is marked Perko, Perkins Marine Lamp& Hardware Corp. Brooklyn NY, USA. Light is a clamp on type that measures 14 1/2 inches long not counting the turn clamp on bottom, adding that it comes to 17 inches with clamp open, space between clamp is 1& 10 8ths inches. Circumfrance around the top glass part is 10 inches. Light is 8 inches from top to the flashlight end. The glass lenses are red and a blue green, the green lens looks blue when not turned on, when on it looks like a blue green. Light takes two D batteries and works great. Vintage Perko Navigational Boat Stern Light
This vintage Perko stern light is in nice condition but is showing some chrome wear with the brass showing through in areas. Light measures 21 inches long. Not counting the clamp rod, with this it would measure 24 inches. The glass light says Perko, there are no other marks in this. Light appears to be in good working condition but does not work and I believe it needs a new bulb. condition is good, there is some wear to the chrome plating but the switch works fine as does the clamp. Light unscrews in the middle and also does in the flashlight part on the top and bottom. Flashlight part measures 5 1/4 inches in circumfrance and measures 7 inches from top light to base of flashlight screw section. Email me with any other questions. Here's an antique boat pole lamp in estate as found condition. I cleaned the dust/ dirt off of the glass globe shade. Only a few small flakes/ chips seen on ribbed edges. The brass/ copper fixture and threaded globe holder shows some minor wear and aging/ patina to the finish. The spring action is strong inside the lamp socket. The globe/ shade threads on and off fixture base properly. The globe/ shade measures: 2 3/4 inches diameter. 5 1/2 inches height overall including fixture, and the pole measures 7/8 inch outside diameter. Terms: Please make payment within 3 days. This is a very heavy bow light for a boat. It weighs over 2 lbs. before packing. It has a red glass lens on one side that has a repair on it see picture and a blue glass lens on the other. The housing I think is solid bronze that was chrome plated with a gorgeous patina from use and age but may buff up nice. There is a spot in the top to place a flag on a pole(about 3/4" hole) It's in very nice vintage condition just the way it is with the patina or it can be rechromed to make it look like new. It's about 6 1/4" long X 3 3/4" X 3 1/8" tall. I was told it was removed from a Chris Craft boat But I can not confirm that. Sold as-is. Perko bow light off antique Chris Craft. Most likely 1940's or 1950's. Screw on design(no guts or bulbs) Green and red lenses are in perfect condition, chrome is a 7 out of 10(looks much better than in photos) Only a perfectionist would re-chrome this light. There is a 2mm x 4mm flake of chrome missing at very bottom of fin. Just needs a little polish, but in good to very-good condition. 2.5" diameter + 1" fin; 3.25" tall. Aspect is 33% chrome(front) 33% red lens and 33% green lens. Fin extends out from back-side. PERKO logo and imprint are completely legible and perfect. Made in Brooklyn, NY.

This light was converted to an indoor display light but it still has the original three sockets if someone wants to return it to its original use as a nautical light. Either way this nautical light will display well. New/Used: Used. Approximate Dimensions in Inches- Length: 10” Diameter: 5 ½” Condition: Very good. The previous owner converted it to an indoor display light. The only two things we did were clean/inspect the glass lens and replacing the light cord. Which was defective. There is some corrosion and oxidation on the original three light sockets. The lens is intact with the exception of a crack near the new light bulb that was added. This crack is not that noticeable and can only ... morebe seen when the light is on. It does not appear to go all the way through the glass because you can’t feel it with your fingernail on either the inside or outside. Please see the last picture depicting this flaw. This light may have other minor imperfections consistent with use and age. Vintage PERKO Nautical Navigation Light w/ selector. Displays red. Green or white lamps. Operational. 7 1/4" dia. and 5 1/2" h. Glass dome is 2 7/8" dia. and 3" h.approx. Requires(2) D batteries. Not included. For use on a small boat. Made of tin(I believe) it appears similar to a film canister. The metal body has mostly minor surface rust with a small hole on the underside. The aged, dark patina is a little rough. There is an"on-off" toggle switch located on the side. The glass dome reads"PERKO" and is clear, clean and in good shape, except for two very small, almost un-noticeable chips close together on the edge where it screws onto the base. The wired controller has three buttons, labeled Red, Green and White for selecting the lights individually, or all of the three other lamps at once, for maximum ... morebrightness. One lamp is always lit. The four bulbs appear to be original and have lost some of their colored tinting. Only one of the four sockets does not seem to work. Also, I have improvised a small flat piece of metal where the battery holder has corroded to provide a completed circuit so that the lamps will light up.

I don't know who they are, or what that stands for, I don't know much about this, it was purchased at a flea market by my mother 10-15yrs ago. Offered here as is. Antique Red Green Perko Boat Bow Light mounted on teak or maybe mahogany wood. We found this piece at a fine Florida estate and were told it came off a Chris Craft vessel. It does have holes on each end of the(teak/mahogany wood) as though it would mount to the bow of a boat. There are minor age cracks in wood on each end. Red& Green Fresnel lens on Perko light is not cracked or chipped. The guy we got this from said he removed it from the Chris Craft boat himself and said it did work when it was removed. This piece is all ONE Piece- the switch on top clicks fine but this Perko navigational light was not possible for us to test. Offered as is. Large- measuring about 23" across and sits about 8" high. Also he said he has not seen one on Ebay for the last 4 years. I cannot find another one of these on the internet or Ebay. Perfect mint condition. but missing wire handle. This item is 9 inches tall and 4 inches wide. My understanding of this rare piece was to take it aloft and place on mast during anchor at night. Here is a very old QUALITY made BRASS/ BRONZE? NAUTICAL SHIP LIGHT. This ANTIQUE NAVIGATION light has a 6 1/2 inch base across and is about 5 1/2 inches tall. This light has really nice AGED PATINA and is a GREAT SHOW DISPLAY PIECE. there ARE 5 base bolts with this light. There are no interior parts. The glass shows on only 1/2 side of the light which was probably for a forward facing deck light. I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS WAS FROM A SHIP MAST? There are no makers marks. Very HEAVY about 7 lbs. The glass has a couple of flake specs see photo3 that are normal for a light this age. There is not cracks that go through only the flakes. This is a great nautical ANTIQUE FROM A TIME GONE BY. On the bottom it is marked Perko 1164-8-8( Original finish when removed from ship; has not been stripped. Photos verify that the lighting mechanisms are still in place. Here is a BEAUTY of an old VINTAGE/ANTIQUE PERKO ship/ boat running light. This is an ORIGINAL BRONZE or Brass not sure very heavy 6 pounds. This is a HUGE 10 inch long x 5 1/2 wide x 5 inch tall ORIGINAL PERKO. This has a clear glass and the GLASS is in MINT CONDITION Has a really nice PURPLE TINT TO THE GLASS FROM YEARS OUT ON THE WATER. There are no cracks or chips in the glass. The Bronze has a few chrome specs remaining in a couple of spots and a couple of faint very minor spots-scratches. There is a mark on the rim photo 6 and there are a couple of foundry pour marked when it was made photo 7. Has polished up very nice. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE STUNNER OF A PIECE from a time gone by.
