I have a very unique boat seat cushion that came from the same place in another listing so be sure to check that out. These awesome lights are in good vintage condition. One has a very cool flag with a star! The large one is 23 inches long and it works. There is no maker’s name. Just the letter N on each light. It has an awesome Red flag with a White Star that is 13 ½ inches long and 8 inches wide. The bottom mount is an adjustment knob to adjust the height. I connected a power supply and the light works. Vintage Boat Port Starboard Running Marker Lights NFL CO Nautical Marine Lamps
4-3/4" tall by 3-1/2" front to back or 4-1/2" diagonally. A wonderful set of lights in excellent condition with natural patina. The lenses are embossed with initials of the maker. Which was the National Marine Lamp Co. No dents, no heavy corrosion. The green oxidation on them could easily be removed leaving them with the beautiful patina, or the could be polished up to a brilliant brass like original. The fittings have surface oxidation, but are in excellent condition. The green lens has a small inconspicuous chip on one of the ribs near an edge as seen in last photo#12. There is old masking tape residue on the backs and bottoms. The previous owner put tape on a lot of things to protect from contact with other materials. These can be easily rewired. Each connection point has a set screw you tighten down on the wire lead, after ... moreinserting it in the proper hole. One of these set screws can be seen in photo#11. Nice vintage patina on this Perkins marine ships lamp. Great decorative piece for your nautical themed home. Who later became known as Frederick Perkins. He was a Russian immigrant who was schooled in Germany as a machinist and tool-and-die maker. Frederick came to the United States in the early 1890's and soon became employed as a machinist for E.W. Bliss& Company in Brooklyn, New York. In the early 1900's, he and a partner began operating a business, F. Persky& Company, Lantern Manufacturer, out of the basement of his house. In 1907. Frederick's son Louis joined him in the business, and together they enlarged both the product line ... moreand the manufacturing facilities. By 1912, they had seventeen employees and made a wide range of marine lanterns and products. The business continued operating until 1913 when Frederick became president of National Marine Lamp Company. Based out of Forestville, Connecticut. Frederick and Louis left that company in 1916 and moved back to Brooklyn, New York, where they started Perkins Marine Lamp Corporation. Five generations later, PERKO is still a privately owned, family operated corporation, which is unusual in today's marketplace.

Vintage Ships Binnacle Compass Oil Lamp Converted to Electric Nautical Maritime
This is a great find. This is an authentic vintage ships binnacle compass with built in oil or gas lamp. But this one has been converted to an electric table lamp. The little side cubby that would originally hold the oil now holds a small bulb and of course, another bulb at the top. Mounted on a nice wooden base, felted bottom. The compass/dial has been set so it does not move. I left the wonderful patina, but it could be cleaned and shined. I find no dings or dents. Vintage Bow Mounted Ship Lamp NAUTICAL GREEN AND RED OIL LAMP with BURNER
Up for bid is a vintage bow marker light fixture complete with oil burner made by Kilborn-Sauer Co. Out of Fairfield, Connecticut. The body is galvanized and top is brass. The top has written on it KILBORN-SAUER CO FAIRFIELD CONN U.S.A. The body is in good condition. Near the top rear the lip has small tear. The brass top has a small crack where it attaches to the galvanized metal. No cracks visible in glass but both pieces have several chips on the external ribs. The burner looks to be in working order and the wick screws up and down. You can use kerosene or bottled lamp oil that is easy to find. The tank appears clean and dry( I have not added oil to it. A small flash lite was temporarily inserted to show the colors of the lens) The burner twists counter-clockwise out of the bottom for easy refill and wick replacement. It appears to be complete with burner and glass chimney. The hinges need to be soldered(they are barely hanging on) There are gray paint splatters on the lantern and plenty of patina. It has a place on the back for wall mount(I think) The handle is bent and dented but the lantern itself is in pretty good condition. The handle and possibly the chimney will be removed for shipping purposes. Antique Brass Ship's Oil Lantern. Looks like it was never used. Very nice condition; only one small dent in the wick assembly. And that can probably be pushed back from behind the guard very easily. There is no maker's mark or logo on the lamp. But there is an"RV" and an anchor on the wick turn knob. The glass chimney appears to be original to the lamp. Dimensions: 12 7/8" overall. 5 3/4" from back of mounting plate for the gimbal to the outside of the lamp. Chimney measures 6 7/8" in height and is 3 1/4" in diameter, the lamp body measures 7 1/2" tall and is 3 1/2" in diameter and 4 1/4" total width including the gimbal mounting pins that project 3/8" from either side of the lamp body. I have tried to research this lamp and have not found a similar light to compare. It is very heavy(16 pounds) It must be nautical since it is brass. I would love to know its origin before it is sold. So feel free to let me know even if you are not interested in it. The lens is in great condition(in the picture it appears to be chipped, but it is just an area where the dirt was removed when touched) there are no chips or flaws. Vintage Copper PERKO Nautical Ship Lantern Electrical Marine Light Gulf Oil
This 16 1/4" tall electric lantern with an all original patina and toggle switch is from the estate of Howard Craven. He was a ship captain for the Gulf Oil Company until he retired in the early 1950's. When he then took up painting ships with oil on canvas. His father was also a ship captain, so I'm not sure which one used this lantern. It is all copper than I can see. It would be beautiful polished up, but I chose to leave it as is for those of you that would prefer it in it's original condition. It has what looks like original inner parts, wires, etc. see pictures) I have not tested to see if it works. I prefer not to challenge things like this since I know nothing of how they work. Pair of of Vintage Holophane Hi-Stress Nautical Lights
This is a Pair of of Vintage Holophane Hi-Stress Nautical Lights. They are in great condition. One of the rubber washers surrounding the globe broke into 4 pieces. I don't think it needs to be replaced as a metal washer rests above it keeping everything in place. Other than that they have no flaws worthy of mention. The globes have no chips or cracks. I don't think they've ever been put in service as the base has no holes in it for wiring. They are about 8 inches tall. On the globes is written"HOLOPHONE REC. U.S. PAT. OFF. NO 5718 HI-STRESS TYPE H 2034-L On the inside of the yellow base is written 5333-L-14 On the bottome of the yellow base is written 9-S-4535-L Low starting price with no reserve. Bid with confidence. My husband is organizing his shop and parting with quite a few items. Here is one of those items and his description of it: Maybe a good Christmas gift for the nautical collector in your life? Vintage marine ship’s iron navigation light. 180 degree clear glass Fresnel lens Navy? WWII? I picked this up at an estate sale and planned to use it as yard lighting. Turned out it did not fit the landscape plan. This is a large ships navigation light. Either for the stern(showing white two points abaft of the beam, starboard and port) or masthead light(forward, showing two points abaft of beam, both starboard and port) This shows a bit of light surface rust in spots. The result of years at sea. There is no internal mounting or wiring for a bulb, but that could be easily designed and installed. The gasket around the hinged lid is missing, but could ... morebe replaced with some type of weather-stripping. There are two small chips in the Fresnel lens, as shown in the photo. These should not affect the durability of the lens. You can see the imperfections in the lens from the glass casting process, as sign of its age. This stands 11 ½ inches tall. 8 inches in diameter(across) 9 inches across the top latch and hinge. The Fresnel lens is full width and 7 inches high. The base is round with“bayonet” mounting slots and is 5 ¾ inches outside and 5 3/16 inch inside diameter. The lid is held closed by a hinge on one side and thumb bolt on the other. The lid swings open freely. This is how I found it, I only cleaned the lens to confirm no other damage. I put a light inside it to show what it looks like illuminated for the pictures. The light does not come with this piece of marine hardware. As many ships navigation lights are made of brass or bronze. I can’t help to wonder if this was from a WWII ship, a time when these metals were in short supply and needed for munitions manufacture for the war effort. Here's a neat vintage item with red glass on one side and green on the other.several small chips. I believe it is brass. see photos for a better condition insight. It is dented on back of lamp and missing one screw. it appears to be adjustable. I have not truly cleaned this item. The base is almost 4 1/2" in diameter and is stamped. S&J. Vintage Large SEXTON Nautical Brass Wood Table Lamp Light
This auction is for a vintage large sexton nautical brass and wood table lamp light with rope shade. It measures approx. 37" to the top and the oak wooden crate box measures approx. 8" x 8" x 10" in size. The widest part of the lamp rope shade is approx. 18 1/2" across. This item is in used condition. The lamp is good with only minimal wear. The shade isn't in pristine condition. The inner plastic liner has a few cracks that you don't see unless you look down into the shade. Also around the top of the wire ring it looks like the adhesive or tape has worn off over the years.
