Rare Vintage NY & NJ Port Authority Red Lamp Light Beacon Nautical Airports
For auction is a rare Light/Lamp/Beacon. From the New York and New Jersey Port Authority. It's used but in great shape and DOES WORK! I tested it with a 6 volt battery, but its probably designed for a 9 or 12. I'm not sure what this was for exactly, but some kind of signal, possibly for a port, an airport, or one of the bridges/tunnels. It's all steel, and has a glass globe on top with a red plastic insert. It measures 8 inches long, 4 3/4 inches wide, and about 12 inches tall including the globe. It's made tough, weighing 8 pounds. It has a toggle switch on the top. It doesn't blink but does turn on steady. It's supposed to blink but there may be a wiring error or an issue with the relay. There is also some rust on the bottom of the battery box but no holes. These are obsolete and acquired legally. Antique PERKO lantern. The screw-on cap looks to be brass and the rest of it appears to be galvanized. The red plastic lens has a piece broken off it in the upper corner. There is a bulb inside but the filament looks broken so it would have to be replaced when the wiring is fixed. There is a large dent in the back of the lamp. I think it could be pressed in an arbor press to look a lot better. There's some rust. Some dirt, some paint and that's how things go on ships. Vintage lantern would great in your collection. Industrial Spot light Caster Wheel Lamp Nautical, Vintage, Maritime, Mid Century
This is one of the most creative spotlights I've seen to date. Normally you see spotlights on tripods. But I created something that is outside the box! The Spotlight is easy to move around or could be used as a table lamp. Or floor lamp. The spotlight measures 10" in diameter, 19" height. and 12" at the widest point of wooden base. The caster wheels are vintage. The wooden base is an old vintage chopping block, and the spotlight came off an old 1940's truck. Vintage twisted cloth(not rayon) lamp cord measures 6' long. With an on/off rotary switch with vintage plug. Spotlight has beautiful patina, and age that adds unique character. amazing antique vintage brass oil lantern. I dont know exactly the age of the piece but it is in really good shape. Vintage Nautical Ship Light Green Lamp Metal Lantern
Vintage ship light in galvanized metal with green lens. The light is in overall good condition- it has more rust stains than rust. I wiped it down but it is dirty. Especially on the inside. The mirrors on the inside are intact, but dirty. See photo#7. The lens is thick plastic- it has a small chip at the top left(photo#11) To the right of the chip looks like a crack but I couldn't find any fracture. RARE Vintage Nautical Lamp Ship wheel, barameter, lantern
This is a true barn find. Large 33" tall 15"wide and 8" deep Nautical ship barometer desk lamp. The ships wheel turns. The lantern on the right also lights up. Made in England this is an extremely rare find. Selling as found with all original dust. Did not put bulbs in and test but seems simple enough for buyer to add. Do not have the original shade but does have the fennel on top to mount one. The photos are the best description. I believe this is extremely rare and in 40 years of collecting antiques have never seen another even close to this. Weighs about 14 lbs. Check out my other auctions of rare and unusual collectibles.

They also have quite a bit of wonderful green patina. The Port one has a disconnected hinge. The big one is missing the door on the back. Has a small crack in the front rim and a dent in the bottom. All of the glass is intact with no chips or cracks. The clear one has some imperfections in the finish. They are all missing the oil or Kerosene burning assembly from the inside. Please look at the pictures carefully for anything I might have missed. This may seem like a lot but none of this detracts from the great vintage look! This antique maritime ship's lantern is copper. The lamp has two colored glass globes in the front. There is a door on the back. For easy access to the inside. This lantern has a socket and bulb inside, on a slide out tray, but there is no cord. The lantern is 9 1/2" high, about 5 1/2" wide and 4 3/4" front to back. Offered for sale is a vintage nautical navigation light. It has an internal. And removable ABCO oil lamp. I believe that it is made from copper and solder-joined. The only markings on it are on the oil lamp adjuster. ABCO 1) The chimney has a swivel top to allow access to the lamp globe. The green and red glass panels are curved, but the red panel is complete but broken. See images) With a lot of polishing, I believe that it could shine again. Wonderful original patina and in great working condition. It is really quite heavy. Weighing over 7 lbs. Ceramic neck inside; ribbed glass. I do not know if this was originally in a ceiling hanging down or on a deck standing up.the more knowledgeable ebay maritime collector knows more than me! Measures approx. 10 3/4" h x 4 3/4" w. All the wires are present. All the frosted glass shades are in great shape. There are some scratches on the ship wheel. But those can be touched up pretty easy if desired. One og the hanging lanterns is missing a twist on fastener for the top of one of the rods that goes from top to bottom. This does not effect the use. All in all this is a great nautical piece. This is such a wonderful piece; almost hate to part with it. It is marked underneath. Chase! Measures 8.5" tall and 4.5" across its base. No cracks or chips to glass. Vintage Nautical Maritime Decorative Brass Ship's Cargo Oil Lamp Or Lantern
Shown for your consideration is a brass and glass ship's cargo lamp or oil lantern. It is a vintage item. Although it has never been sold, but has been stored for 20 years. This lamp not been polished. There is definite age progression! Note: The burner insert is separated from it's base wire. Item does have patina. And factory soldering shown in brass. The lantern stands 15" high. It is 6" on each side, and weighs in at about 5 lbs. What a great addition to a nautical collection. Or a display piece for your boat? Of course. Antique Vintage Perko Nautical Maritime Non-Electric Oil Lamp Wall Mount
Up for auction is a vintage antique signed Perko nautical maritime chrome plated oil lamp recently found at auction in the suburban Philadelphia. PA area. It is found in good used condition, but is missing parts such as the bracket, wick and glass chimney. The base is signed"Perko" Someone wrote the word"Dee" in red on the base too. Both are best seen in photo#5. This lamp is weighted so when hung, it will maintain in an upright position. The base has an approximate diameter of 2 3/4" and measures approximately 6 1/4' in size. The chrome has some pitting and staining. The name of the burner is difficult to make out, but might be original to the piece. A nice decorative accessory as is.
