NY, they are 6" tall with a brass housing and thick glass fronts.not a chip or crack in either of the glasses! The red light is missing the bottom cap. vintage starboard/port maritime ship lantern set PERKO?
Purchased on ebay many years ago. Each lantern measures ~12.5 in tall(to top of ring) and ~8in across(at widest measurement) They are vintage and weathered. I am not sure of maker or age. But they look similar to Perko lanterns. The"Starboard" and"Port" wording are mostly gone, weathered away. Then lens of each is is good shape. The port lens, red, has someVERY minor superficial scratches in a small area, but no chips, cracks or other flaws that I can see. The starboard lens, green, has a few areas of"pits" but no obvious cracks or chips. The bottom pieces and burners of each are missing, as per the picture of one. Paypal only. With great patina one is basically grey and the other one red. The grey one has a blue glass with ridges and the red one has a red glass with ridges. No major dents. They weigh 2 lbs. each. Set Of Vintage Ship's Port And Starboard Running Lights
This vintage set of unmarked running lights came from an old schooner 80 or so years ago. They are brass. Stand 10" tall, and have two 4 1/2" wide sides. The front side is curved and measures 8 1/4" One light has a red corrugated glass and the other has a blueish green corrugated glass. Each has a wall hanger- no brackets. They must have once burned oil, but the burner/fonts are missing. Each has an exhaust dome with a carrying ring on top.

Burner stamped THE NATIONAL MARINE LAMP CO. metal plate on the flat back side has a patent date of APRIL 1ST 1913. 10" tall to the top of the ring on top, 4 3/4" wide, 4 1/2" deep, galvanized metal. The burner is rusted through and is missing one of two metal tabs that held it in place. The metal lantern shows areas of surface rust but is solid and not flimsy in any way, ding on the cupola where the ring is mounted, both pieces of glass in good condition. Copper and brass nautical lamps port and starboard NO RESERVE
These copper and brass reproduction ships lamps are the ultimate touch for any marine themed room. Office or restaurant. Their functional design and implied marine heritage make them unique and comfortable. The lower lamps can be lit with their red and green lenses for a little extra impact or they can simply be used as reading lamps with the shaded upper lights. The brackets that would have mounted these to upper outside cabin walls in a ship would also allow them to be mounted to home. Office or restaurant walls. The brass casting and formed copper structure are an exact copy of a 19th century ships port and starboard navigation lights that were originally oil fired. I have seen similar lights sell for well over $1.000, but after moving in to smaller quarters, we must part with these and want to do it relatively quickly and simply. Vintage Port/Starboard Brass Ships Lantern
For sale is a very unique item. This is a vintage circa early 1900's divided port and starboard red and green ships lantern. It measures 10 inches tall not counting the handle. With the handle it is 14 1/2 inches tall. Across the back it is 10 3/4 inches wide. Side measurements are 9 3/4 inches wide. The glass measures approx. 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 inches. I do believe it is brass as a magnet does not stick. It is an electric lantern with the original on/off switch. It is in very good original condition. This was found in Key West FL. The electric light receptacle is for a double contact bayonet type bulb. Great Pair Large WW2 Perkins Perko Marine& Hardware Lamp Co. Port& Starboard This is a great pair of large Perko WW2 Ships Port& Starboard lamps as shown. These came from an estate here in Slocum. RI, and they were mounted on a U.S. ship that a member of the family was employed on during the war. I cannot verify this, just going by what I was told. Anyway, they have been electrified some time ago, and they are wired together so they both light together. They are quite large, measuring 22" tall, x 10" x 10" x 15" from point to point of the front rounded part. There is a small chip on the bottom edge of the red lense, although the picture makes it look a lot bigger. No cracks or hairlines on either lense. Both lenses are quite heavy duty glass, and look great lit up. Shipping weight will be about 30-lbs.

They are triangular in shape measuring 13” tall(16” including handle) approximately 11” across the curved front, and each side is 6” deep. Both lanterns have a wonderful patina consistent with age but do not appear to have been used… the burners and chimneys are clean, with original wicks. Antique Navigational Wilcox & Crittenden Port & Starboard Oil Lantern Pair
For Sale is a very nice set of 2 original oil burning nautical. Maritime Navigational Lanterns.The main housing is constructed of galvanized iron and the top cover is copper. However they have not been shined up. The original manufacturer was Wilcox& Crittenden& Co. There trademark was Capital W with a Capital C embossed on top of one another. The factory was in Middletown, CONN. USA. There is a photo of the Logo which appears to be embossed on brass, it is on the side, located on top of a metal sleeve, which is riveted on the lantern itself. This sleeve must have been used to slip over something to hold it secure to the ship. Both sleeves are intact and extremely secure. This embossing is very difficult to capture in a photo as the glare, and clarity of a photo so close. The lanterns stand just shy of 13" tall with the hanging ... moreloop standing up. They are made to fit in a corner. The sides measure 5" With the front curving around to meet the 2 sides. The glass itself is 5" tall and is almost 90 degrees. One lantern has fresnel green glass for the starboard, and the lantern with the fresnel red glass is for the port. The glass on both lanterns is in very good shape and have no cracks or chips. The metal round accesses to the oil chambers/wicks are both present and appear tight when screwed in. The wick chambers need cleaning, but seem to work, and even have wick left in them! We didn't attempt to light them, but knowing something about oil lanterns, don't see any reason they wouldn't work, however this isn't a guarantee. just presenting things honestly. The metal. Nowhere, on either lantern shows any sign of rust. However they are a brown color. Paint appears to be old, in some places chipping, or peeling off. There are the usual signs of true usage. Wear and tear. Overall appear to be in very good shape. I have not checked them for leakage, however on inspection, I don't see any reason they would leak. I have no idea how old they are. These are 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" on the back flat sides and 5" tall with the distance across the curved front being about 5-6" They have very nice glass and operate with a 12v battery charger. The also have the brackets that mount to the wall for the lights to hang on. Refund for any reason. We pack well. And ship promptly. BUT THERE IS NO DOCUMENTATION ON THAT, SO TAKE IT WITH A GRAIN OF SALT. HE HAD THESE HANGING FROM THE CEILING IN HIS BASEMENT BAR AREA. THE CEILING PLATES ARE HOMEMADE. I WILL INCLUDE ... moreALL OF THE BRASS BOLT CAPS AND 3 OF THE BOLTS THAT WERE USED TO ATTACH THE PLATES TO THE CEILING. WE COULD NOT GET ALL OF THE BOLTS OUT OF THE CEILING. THE BRASS PLAQUES UNDER THE LENSES READ"PORT A.P. 8024 S&A 1942" AND"STARBOARD A.P. 8025 S&A 1942" I THINK THE LENSES ARE PLASTIC REPLACEMENTS, BUT I AM NOT POSITIVE. THESE ARE 13" HIGH AND 12" IN DIAMETER. THERE ARE SOME DINGS AND DENTS HERE AND THERE. THE METAL HAS PATINA FROM AGE. NO CHIPS OR CRACKS IN THE LENSES. 2 OF THE WING NUTS ARE MISSING(PICTURED) OF COURSE, EACH ONE HAS A HOLE IN THE LID FOR THE WIRING TO GO THROUGH. PLEASE LOOK CLOSELY AT ALL PICTURES FOR A GOOD IDEA OF CONDITION.
