This lamp suffers no damage and comes with a Miller# 0 flange or set screw burner. Burner is marked(thumbwheel) E. MILLER CO. MADE IN U. S. A. Its chimney has a base size of 1 5/8" Stands 4 7/8 inches. And is marked" MACBETH 462 PEARL GLASS MADE IN USA" with a tiny"0" below that. (2) Antique Cupronickel 12v Nautical Yacht Lighting Interior / exterior Art Deco
I have been collecting nautical antiques for over 30 years and have never run across lights like these before. These lights are 12 volt. And I was told that these were either exterior or interior Art Deco lights from an old Yacht, Large Houseboat or a Motor Sailer. These lights mount hanging down and require an old style"J" hook mounting, but I am sure that they can be rigged in other ways. The base is made(I believe) of Cupronickel as it is non-magnet conductive and solid(not plated brass or copper) It has developed some minor pits in areas that only add to the piece(see pictures) The globes are what really set this piece off. They are an Art Deco style made of a solid piece(no seam) and are blast frosted. I have never seen a globe so intricate for this style of application. Two of the pictures posted, I sat the globes on a 7 watt ... moresmall light to show the details of this design, really amazing pieces. I originally purchased these to put in my home with the other nautical stuff but have been forced to recently downsize. The following is detailed dimensions on this item. Base. 3" tall, 3 1/2" wide. Globes. 10 1/2" tall, 7 1/4" at its widest. Weight. These lights weigh 2 pounds each. Other info. The Plug. This goes into the external power source and is a Lathed Wood with a solid guide going through with 2 metal(brass/ copper) electrical contacts, SEE PICTURES. The Hanger. This looks to be copper with a metal cross bolt for support. The Light Socket. Is a brass/ copper receptacle with two spring loaded pins that match up to the bottom of a bulb. On the sides of the bulb receptacle are two slots cut into it for bulb alignment with the alignment pins on the base of the bulb. If you have ever seen the old style 1157 automotive tail light bulbs it looks like the 1157 would fit right in. The Wiring. It was built in the early 1900’s by Perkins Marine Lamp& Hardware Corp. And has their name, city, state, and the“PERKO” trademark stamped on the belt clip. Also, BOAT SIGNAL” in a very large font) is stamped just above hinged door. This lantern features two adjustable handles, belt clip, 3” round clear bullseye lens, and a rotating shutter. Included is the original brass oil font tank and burner, which has“PERKO U.S.A. signed on the wick adjusting knob. Overall, the lamp measures 8½” tall x 3½” wide x 5” deep and weighs two pounds. Originally this unit was zinc plated and painted black. The black paint is almost gone and the zinc plating ... moreis still visible in the non-ware areas. Please note that there is a dent in the hinged side of the door. With the paint and plating gone, most of the lead solder joints stand out. Considering its nice original condition the unit would be well worth repainting to the original black finish. This is a Vintage Ceiling Light Fixture. It dates from the 1940's- 50's and is fashioned after a Ships Wheel. It is 13 1/2 inches across by about 8 inches long. The ceiling bracket is metal painted off white. The glass globe has a molded in design and is clear and Fired On White. The ship wheel hangs on the perimeter of the globe and is made of clear yellow hard plastic. It is in Good Condition just would need to be wired in.

Bulb not included) over all: 4 1/2" wide. 7" tall glass: 3 5/8" wide. 4" tall inline switch on 8 foot electric cord Glass is marked"GB inc" 9-S-4072-L-30" Condition Description This offering is for a vintage nautical light recently wired with a brand new socket. Lamp is easy to take apart. Easy to install bulb. Glass was recently cleaned with dish soap and water although there is still some sticker like residue on it in a few areas. When lit the glass glows red but when off the glass has a darkish tint almost purple in color which hints to very old glass. Glass globe is ... morenot perfect but there are no fractures or major cracks; glass does have a few chips, largest one is pictured and there are two other minor ones plus some small nicks, scratches and marks along with heavy oxidation which is causing the purple tint. Plastic grommet was install on the top with a few layers of electrical tape around it to help keep it snug in the brass although I would not recommend hanging the light from the cord alone. This is a super cool Brass Lamp with Corning lenses. This lamp works nicely and runs on 12 volt Bulb not included. The lenses are in overall good shape but the red lenses has a small ship not a crack but a chip of glass missing. I will point to imperfection in the picture. The light is approximately 7.5" tall x 5 inches wide. This is wired with lamp cord but is easily changed. The lenses are made from Corning.
